Glad to see I am not the only one. These people Are incompetent at billing. I got a collections call after 1 month from my MRI. Gave them my card number… now getting past due calls again. Great work guys! Maybe hire someone in billing that knows how to read a calendar.
I happened to see the poor rating as I was looking for their phone number. I have not received any invoice and their heavy handed collection threats are off putting. Very poor customer service.
Same experience as everyone else in these reviews. Never received a bill and then got a collections call. Billing department was 0 help when I reached out. Not worth the headache - just go somewhere else.
What everyone else has described here happened to me as well. The exact same situation. I highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs. I wish I would have never gone to them. I would never recommend them. STAY AWAY!
