Never billed my insurance for the service provided and conveniently sent the payment to debt collector office. I have been on numerous calls but they don't seem to care or fix the issue

Seems that I’m not the only one having to deal with their billing department. And errors were on their end. Changing practices ASAP! Good heavens.

Zero stars would be a better option!! Never invoice, never file insurance. The only communication will be a letter from a collection agency. They are the only group of radiologists at Northside Hospital. How in the world do they make any money? Completely pathetic!!

This review is for the location serving Northside Hospital Forsyth, although from the other reviews it appears they are all the same. I got an outpatient MRI from them in January, for which I paid $275 at the time of service. About a month later I got another bill for an additional $598 total of $873. My Medicare Advantage company assured me that I did not owe them any more than I'd paid them. I tried calling their billing department twice and both times the agents refused to even consider or look into whether they had charged me the correct amount. What is especially galling is that 4 days after the date of my original invoice I received a notice of delinquency from a bad credit collection agency! Although I sent the collection agency an official notice that I was disputing this charge they continue to harass me by telephone and mail. The only conclusion I can come to is that Northside Radiology Associates is running an unethical billing operation. Do not do business with them. In fact, as I learned afterwards, you shouldn't get an outpatient MRI at a hospital as they will charge you much more than a standalone facility such as American Health Imaging which I heartily recommend by the way.

Billing an absolute joke. They invent baseless charges months later out of "all-inclusive" service agreements. Collection is off-shored and unprofessional.

To whoever cares at your billing department, I call, no one answers. I leave a message, no one returns my calls. I send in 100% financial coverage proof to your department, you send me to collections. I will pay my bill, but I won't recommend you. Obviously you all don't care or you would have answered the phone, returned my messages, or even written back.

Avoid this place. They billed me over a year after service. I called several times and instead of sending the claim to my insurance, they sent it to collections. Because they cannot bill correctly, now I have to waste my time with collections.

They canceled our appointments several times and at the last minute when we were walking out the door. Claimed their radiologist switched with another radiologist that didn’t do this type of procedure. They scheduled another appointment and then canceled that one too. Rescheduled a third time and when we arrived, they asked if we got a call because they changed the time of the mri. No call!! I even called the day before to verify if we were good to go. We also learned they never called to verify our insurance. I ended up making the call to get the insurance information. One and a half hours later and we were good to go. This company is extremely poorly run! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Service in June. Paid in July. Debt collection notice in August. So many great doctors have awful front offices these days.

Don't use this practice! They had an incorrect billing address for me, which was their mistake. I never received an invoice from them, they never reached out to my email or phone to correct this. Instead, they submitted my account to a collection agency. Appalling billing business practices. Buyer beware.
