Why am I getting a bill from a lab in Seattle, for charges billed on yet another invoice, from the facility, in Portland, which provided services listing yet another Dr. You're behaving like sharks at the smell of blood. DO NOT tell me its all explained in the "Billing". The whole world is crying about global warming and rain forest devastation and you're sending 10 pages of paper including those written in characters even a translator can't decipher, and you get indignant with me after I, after waiting 17 minutes, TO GIVE YOU MONEY, seem a little hostile...Thanks to all you AFFORDABLE CARE FANS, Where can I get some of THAT???

The doctor was extremely caring and kind during a procedure I was nervous about. They helped keep me calm and explained everything as it was happening. I'd highly recommend them.

Great staff who are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant, making sure to provide excellent imaging services. Sub-speciality trained radiologists providing highest quality patient care. Hats off to great group of medical professionals!

Absolutely horrid billing service. I found these other reviews and have to echo the sentiment. I had to look it up because the only bill I have received is a FINAL notice saying they're sending to collections. Which made me think it wasn't real and was a scam. But I did get a radiology appointment in December, although the bill doesn't say what it's for at all ... So sketchy. I'll have to call the number because I'm too scared to pay online. But sounds like they may not even answer. Luckily my bill is very small $25 but what an ordeal! I thought my bill from the hospital covered the radiology too. They did NOT tell me it was a separate company. Maybe thats normal but I rarely go to the hospital so I don't understand the systems and hoops to jump through. If you have a choice, don't go through this company or maybe just be warned.

The reason for the dislike is the service of which I get on the bill and the internet. First of all, I had to look up their number to even call and pay my bill. The space where the phone number should be looked like this - ... So for me, who likes to pay my bill on time, that did not work at all. When I looked them up and called, no one answered. Twice. So I decided to pay online. It looked very sketchy. I did not like it at all. But, what other choice did I have if I did not want it sent to collections. I paid online and it gave me a receipt that it wanted me to print out. Which is fine because I have a printer. But it asked for my email address and did not send me confirmation at all. In my opinion, they need to up their customer service game online, and on the phone. As far as the customer service they have in person, I absolutely adored my team. They made it easy to understand and they were super friendly. If they could get it to be that way on the phone and online, they would get 5 stars for sure!

My experience is exactly the same as Stepahnie's. Great service as a provider. Then I get a bill dated May 18 saying it is going to collections. Thanks, Stephanie, for saying it looking sketchy when you went to pay online. That was my feeling too. Now I am waiting for a call back. You need a new billing service!!

Just received a bill from this company today dated 9 days ago, threatening to go to collections if not paid in 10 days. The bill does not reference any service received and looks completely false. The bill also states that several monthly reminders have been mailed to pay this bill,.... no such reminders have ever been sent. This company is either a huge scam or has the worst billing department ever. Very unprofessional an poorly run operation. Shame on them for sending these letters out with a threatening tone making people feel postured to pay for a random bill they know nothing about.
