Rainbow Child Care Center of Fishers

This company is out for one thing; to make money for their big shots in corporate. They care nothing about their dedicated employees who are hardworking, and dedicate their lives to this company and the children who attend their facilities. They don't care about building relationships with children, families, and the staff. You might as well drop your kids off at the casino for the day, cause you are going to lose money and no one will think twice about your childrens' needs if it means any loss of cash. This place fires employees who have been with the company for years, and for no reason other than to hire someone else in and pay them less. This company's plan/model is not suitable for childcare; where relationships and trust are necessary foundations.

When one of your kids is leaving in tears, because he loves the Director so much he doesn't want to leave her....that is when you know you found a second home for your kiddos. Our family came to Rainbow Child Center after a terrible experience at another local daycare. It was 5 p.m. on a Friday and I needed 4 children enrolled for the following Monday. Rainbow took care of us right away. Both the teachers and office staff have worked really hard to make sure we feel welcome and that my kids are taken care of physically, mentally and emotionally. It is hard to leave them to work during the week; but my mind and heart are at ease now that I have found a place that truly cares about my children.

Note that these reviews are all from 5 years ago ... our family had a bad experience last fall with my almost 3 year old grandson. He became increasingly upset and the staff was about as uncaring about the issue as they could get. His parents are STILL reticient to have him attend preschool.
