Amazing customer service! I ordered a replacement Spa Pack online for my hotub and this store was amazing with helping me try to get it installed on my own and let me call with any questions I had. Unfortunately with the cold weather I couldn’t get it installed in time but I’m planning to have them come and finish installing it once the weather is better. Thanks everyone at rainbow for trying to help me!
Our in-deck spa finally died this year. Rainbow had installed it for the previous owners in 1995, and we continued to use their maintenance and repair services after we bought the house. Rainbow worked with us to de-install the old unit and retrofit the new one after I did some minor carpentry. They kept us updated when supply chain issues arose, and worked out an exchange with the supplier to accommodate us. The team that did the onsite work was amazing; no damage at at to a highly-landscaped area, the deck work, or the new spa. It's great to have Rick and his family answer the phone when you call, too. Love working with a local small business. Rainbow is fantastic!
Love my new hot tub! The customer service at Rainbow Hot Tubs is outstanding. It’s a family owned business and I want to support those local businesses! I’ve been going to them for years and just bought a new hot tub from them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Let me tell you that Lisa and the whole crew were AMAZING. From the second I walked into the store Lisa was so helpful, patient, caring, and not pushy. She talked to us for over an hour, listened to our needs, and closed the deal. Now to the delivery drivers, they were just as awesome! They took the time to carefully set up the hot tub, took the time to explain things, took the time to move the hot tub to where I wanted it moved to also. I am very impress with all of them and I will highly recommend them to everyone that I talk too. Hats off to the whole team!
My experience with Rainbow was great! We had awesome customer service and our spa was up and running in no time. I really appreciate their patience with my regular check-ins on the status of our order. We continue to contact them with questions and they continue to deliver!
Everything went smoothly and the hot tub is amazing, I would for sure recommend buying from Rainbow. Make sure when you buy a spa to think about the cost of electric hookup. Electricians aren't the most responsive and you can easily pay $700-$1200+ depending. My only suggestion would be for all new hot tubs, provide a starter kit of chemicals, testing strips and scented additive. You could also create a customer loyalty program to encourage customers to buy all the consumables and accessories from you in the future instead of just using amazon. I would also create some simple youtube help videos showing how to use the controls on each model you sell. Tips, when and how to adjust chemicals, etc. It would be perfect to be in the hot tub soaking while watching a youtube help video to setup the timer and heat. It also took me about 4 days to figure out the water fountain thing that shoots up from where the controls are. Also increase various accessories ie. furniture, décor, privacy, stands, and electronics that can compliment the hot tub. Even if you don't want to carry the inventory, create some sort of digital catalogue for shoppers to buy. You could easily setup a drop ship agreement with vendors. OR you can even do some sort of affiliate with amazon to get a cut of what's already in the amazon store that you would select as suggested products.
I visited several dealers before settling on Rainbow. I instantly felt comfortable there from the moment I walked in and didn't get the "hard sell" from anyone. The folks I dealt with answered all my questions expertly and were very honest. Even advised me on some things they wouldn't recommend me spending my money on. The delivery was great. There was a small malfunction with my spa and they quickly came to fix it and followed up after to see if I was happy. Highly recommended! Couldn't have had a better experience.
We highly recommend this company! Lisa and Rick helped us tremendously with deciding which hot tub would meet our needs. There was no pressure and they were so professional and kind. We shopped around and found the hot tubs they sell are top quality and the price was great! Many other places had a 6-9 month wait due to Covid, and we received ours in 3 months. Matt and Austin installed it and were amazing. They made sure the placement was perfect for us and explained everything so patiently. They also gave us tips on how to keep costs low. Lisa made sure to give us tips on how to save money on Chemicals as well. We couldn’t be happier, and have used our hot tub every day, sometimes several times a day!
Truly experts in their field! First time customer, treated and felt like I was a friend! From John taking my order to Clark servicing my very aged indoor hot tub everything was smooth and easy, done within a week. They had all the parts and even a cover to replace my old one all at a reasonable cost. Thank you so very much for the upgrade from manual to digital! Our tub was down for a few years and is now back up and running like new! I’m amazed and very thankful. A customer for life!
