One of their work vans hit my vehicle while I was parked at a circle k off Watson & I-10. I called the company to try and figure this out. I was told they were going to wait for the driver to return and verify what I had told them. Of course they did not call back. I called then a second time and they denied any wrongdoing.
Sadly I cannot recommend this business. They are big into great promises, but they underdeliver. When they do, they do not take any responsibility for their words or inaction. They were contracted to rebuild our kitchen island after a flood due to leaking. They did not do the demolition. When we were looking for a company we reached out to our Liberty Mutual Claims representative and he recommended Rainbow and another company. Without going into all the gory details...They took our job on November 10, 2020. Promising to build the cabinet in 4 weeks. Then they promised they would be done by 12/20/2020. Then it was to.be after the new year. It is now 1/23/2021 and they just finished the job. No caulk on the baseboards. Incorrect sink install. So, no I can not recommend Rainbow at all.Service: Remodeling
I recently had a leak in my bathroom which went unnoticed for some time and damaged my double vanity and drywall and baseboards around it. I called Rainbow International of North Phoenix as they came highly recommended. They showed up on a Sunday evening and Caesar was my water technician. Very polite and answered all my questions. He set up equipment for drying and now I am using them for the rebuild of my vanity as they have their own cabinet shop and the time frame was less than any other company I checked out. They have all kept me in the loop during the whole process. I highly recommend this company if you have a water loss in your home of any size.
Hired this company to do a mold remediation / demo / then construction putback on my property that was damaged from a neighboring property above mine. I didn't have any problems with them during the demo but once I hired them to do the putback / construction on this property multiple issues ensued. The 1st issue is this company has refused to do what they promised and what their representatives and I had agreed upon. When I met with Todd we advised them that we did not want to put a tub/shower back in and only wanted to do a standalone shower. When we spoke of what that would require he told me that there plumber would rework the plumbing in the wall and remove the outer part of the pipe where the overflow portion was. He also told me that we WOULD be able to leave the drain in the current location that it was and would only need minor adjustments to convert to shower which I later found to be incorrect when I hired another plumber - A shower requires a 2" pipe Instead of 1- 1/2. This caused multiple miscommunications and back-and-forth arguing with the company and myself because I felt that the company was not keeping their word and would not listen to me even when I let them know I had text messages from their representative of what we had planned to do. The representative that initially was hired by us ended up being fired or quit and did not relay any of the planned construction over to his company. THEN- During the put back I felt they caused additional damage to my property The day after their installer did the dry wall on the property my pipe - Which was totally separate than the above neighbors leak- started leaking and when MY plumber came out they said the pipe had been hit most likely by the person installing the dry wall Rainbow came out and cut holes and found the pipe leaking and automatically denied that their tech did anything wrong and refused to fix the leak so I hired another plumber to fix it. We also noticed that the wood in the wall was still black and very wet so if a proper mold remediation and dry out had been done this should not have been visual. I immediately questioned their quality of work and emailed the supervisor to send me pictures of the before work and the after work He was able to send me pictures of the before work and 1 after remediation that still showed the boards black and wet so I then asked them why those boards were black and not replaced or properly handled. I then totally questioned whether the mold remediation was done at all!!! The response from Vince the manager was for them to then quit in the middle of the job! When I complained about it and all the additional damage, they gave me my insurance check back but kept my deductible. They also damaged my drain line and put a cheap cover back on the overflow pipe that still was inaccurate - hired yet another plumber to come in and do $500 worth of work that they were supposed to do on top of the new leak All in all I have been left to clean up their mess and all the extra expenses I am out. Buyer beware I was given this company by my insurance co. which is supposed to be a preferred vendor but I didn't do my due diligence and see their reviews 1st. I'd strongly recommend you review all reviews on this company before you hire them and if you do make sure you get everything in writing... even when I had text messages from their representative and screenshots they refused to honor their word. UPDATE: 5/2/18 7:34 PM The owner of this establishment called me and tried to intimidate me by telling me he was going to sue me for writing this review of their business and also admitted that no mold remediation was done on my property even though there was severe mold damage and they were paid for by Liberty Mutual. Calling insurance company to let them know that as well Please understand this is my experience and my review put online by freedom of speech and in NO WHICH WAY SHAPE OR FORM is intended to persuade any customer one way or another. Please do your due diligence before you hire ANY COMPANY!
We had a fire. What do we do? Well Allstate's preferred company Rainbow international made it easy from start to finish! Ana's crew took care of every item in our home and special thanks to Miguel for going above and beyond from the start and well after it was done! The cabinet guys Ryan and Paul really know what they're doing! We love the new cabinets! Thank you to Timmy also for the odd end contruction jobs he did. Hes a jack of all trades for sure! Also big Thanks to Josh and Amanda for seeing it through till the end! We are so happy with everything they did and even more we are HOME!
No problems with Rainbows remediation team. Rainbow was recommended by our insurance company. They did a very good job. Kept mess contained to kitchen. The problem was with their reconstruction team. Very poor communication. Did not follow thru on what they said they would do. Job should have been done in two weeks. Nothing happened. We constantly were calling them. Finally they were to call us to schedule work. They never called. We fired them.
I want to apologize. Rainbow has been going above and beyond to help us with our water damage, getting our roof fixed and our mold problem. I want to say that it was my frustration with this whole situation that made me upset. I didn't realize that it was a process. I want to thank Jessica for all she has done. My sincere apologies. I would recommend this company.
