My experience with rainbow altogether has not been good. First no one could resolve my online order issue. Then I call the store. I asked the clerk if I gave her the product number, could she look it up to see was the item located in their store. She told me they didn't do that. She said I would just have to come in and shop. I realize rainbow is not an upscale store, but I didn't think they were that far behind time. Geezeeeeeee!!!!!!!!
