Rally's

I'm in love with their chill dogs man oh man they hit the spot just right . Their fries are awesome and juat gotta have a Big Burford every now and again for sure. And did I say the mozzarella cheese stixs are better than most places for sure. Symphony was a great CSR seems like she is doing double duty possibly due to staffing but she is awesome at what she does !! If you haven't been in a while it's worth revisiting

I can confidently say this was the worst fast food experience of my life. And don't get me wrong, I know to set my expectations low for fast food. And my experience was still one-star despite the very minimal expectations. I get my bag, chili dog and burger, the outside of the bag looks like it's covered in food waste, I asked the guy if that's all right, he says "don't worry about it, it's fine". Anyway, I open the bag, turns out the chili dog came out of its container and there is chili all over the inside of my bag and the wrapper of the burger. Wasn't really able to eat any of the hotdog other than the wiener and the burger bag was so messy I just threw the whole rest of it out. Again, very poor... even by fast food standards.

Can't remember the last time there were leftover rally's fries... It's like they were reheated in rally old grease. The Apple pies they're promoting were stiff and too crunchy... The spicy chicken doubles were good...and they didn't Jack up our special order burger which is always nice... but overall it definitely left something to be desired.

do not go to this location if you are expecting good customer service I sat in the drive-through for 10 minutes and no one came to the speaker. All employees were on there phones instead of assisting customers . Do better .

My teen son ordered chicken and a hotdog for delivery today, and after biting into his first piece of chicken, he came to me and told me it was raw. We checked the other pieces and sure enough, they were all raw inside. Not a bit underdone, but virtually raw. We're both hoping he doesn't get sick!!

I went here this past Saturday around 1pm. Wish I would've gotten the lady's name, but she took my order and was very polite and thorough with providing me with what I ordered. She did an amazing job. The best customer service experience I've had in awhile! She should get raise!!Food: 5/5

The worst Rally's I've ever ordered from. Several missing items, and small quantities of other items. The burgers themselves were fine. Overall, overpriced for what you get, assuming you actually receive all your items. I'm not ordering from this location again.Food: 1/5

The drive thru cashier Wednesday night Olivvionna was totally awesome, polite and helpful. Very rare to see these days lately. Her services was so GREAT she will be the reason I would return! Thank you girl for treating us so special, very professional, you deserve a raise Ellis and Martha Taylor.Food: 5/5

The food was fine, I had visited this place twice in as many weeks, the first visit they were out of several different flavor drinks. Also they had no coin change. On the second visit they could only offer water as a beverage. This location is close to where I live, but will travel further to go to a different location from now on.
