Rally's

I ordered the family meal online with a chocolate milkshake. Not only was everything fresh and hot but every little change I had made was perfect. Thank you to Carl and the other two managers working the late shift and being fast and attentive to my order. Only took them maybe 5 minutes to get the entire order out. Every item I tried tasted great just like I hoped for. Keep up the great work!

Definitely the best in town and around of the chain. Some locations are slacking, but not this one. The food was made fresh and tastefully and you really cant beat the price. The server even explained they were happy to have us there. The food was ready super fast as well. They were on point.

Ive went here at least 5 times and everytime "The System was down" or they were Closed before Closing time with Employees just standing around inside. What REALLY did it for me is when I was Delivering DoorDash and got a order from here. I went to the Ordering side of the Drivethur just to see what they would say, and of course the Employee said they were "Closed" hours before the posted Closing Time. As soon as I said that I was picking up a DoorDash order, they told me to pull to the other side of their Drivethur and made the order. So these Location is only taking Online Orders from Delivery Apps? Or is it because the Employees have No Choice but to make orders from Delivery Apps because the orders go straight into the computer?

Depends on which shift is there. Sometimes great. Sometimes not so much. Got home to find a curly hair that doesn't look like my of mine sitting in the cheese for my fries. Also the chilly dogs had the most poorly cut chunks of onion I've ever seen.

Was informed by the drive-thru staff they would be down for 15 minutes. Looks like they hadn't taken an order all evening. Terrible experience #dobetter

All employees were working hard, my food was fast and hot and the landscaping is gorgeous?! Who would expect that?! Parking is good and I like that there are 2 American flags on display--bonus and we'll done!

These employees are so overworked you can tell they're on their last nerve. Snapping at customers and arguing with each other while you're at the window. Rally's you need to get better management in here and pay your employees better so you can get more and not overwork the poor few that are there. There was a "miss beth" screaming at the other two employees so loudly I could hear it in my car with the drive thru window closed. Absolutely unacceptable. I waited in line for nearly 30 minutes for one sandwich and one hotdog was was poorly made and tasted bad. I wish I could get my money and time back.

The frys were great but the ordering system didn't get our burgers right. It was fast, friendly and convenient.

She told me my card declined i gave her another one and when i got home both cards were charged and no one would answer the phone rallys has lost my bussinessFood: 5/5
