Ramblers Way - Kennebunk

Best experience ever. Literally. I was looking for a 100% lightweight wool undershirt everywhere; it was like trying to find a unicorn. Like ever major wool brand I could google and nobody made what I was looking for. My wife ended up finding Ramblers Way and called the company to ask about sizing. At first they said they were out of stock in my “size”. But that they’d be happy to make the shirts for me - bespoke. The customer service woman Bonnie, asked my wife to measure my favorite t-shirt and they would make the shirt that size, just slightly longer because of my height. The shirts took around 10 days to get to me, and this was from order, make, to delivered. That’s impressive to me. I’ve had some great customer experiences in my life, but honestly, I’m not super easy to please. Ramblers Way went out of their “way” to make a positive impression on me. In the end, I found my perfect wool undershirt, and they earned a loyal new customer. And don’t forget, Made in America. Or ‘Merica. Whatever your preference.

Ordered a sports coat of pima cotton. Absolutely fantastic never felt something so luxurious. Constructions seems sturdy too.

Interesting material, bad cut and fit, at least for my family’s bodies. Colors are rather dull. Prices are rather steep. Can’t imagine why people would buy this stuff at the high prices.

Some of the best made products on the planet. There really is nothing quite like their super fine wool shirts to travel the world in. They fit in as well hiking up mountains in South America as they do on the streets of London.
