Dr. Ramillosa has been my dentist for about 4 years and has been my grandmother's dentist for much longer. We both dislike going to the dentist in general but Dr. Ramillosa and his staff make the experience pleasant and enjoyable every time. Dr. Ramillosa is gentle, personable, and professional and the whole staff is superb, with Jen being the best hygienist I've ever had. I highly recommend Dr. Ramillosa, his staff, and the services they provide as a whole.
I had a great experience. Dr. Serrano is knowledge. She made me reassured. She described the whole process to be in a way I understood. Ultimately, when I agreed to go forward, she did a great job. I was very happy with the service her and her staff provided. Thank you!
I have been seeing Dr. Ramillosa since I was a child and have appreciated the care and kindness since day one. He now cares for my children's teeth as well. Highly recommend for all ages. His staff is wonderful as well.
I went in to this dentist excited to get a filling on a tooth that had been painful. When I got there the female dentist whom I assumed was dr Ramillosa because that’s always who they told me I was scheduled with, anyways, she told me the tooth may need a root canal but we would see. I figured that was fine because that would take the nerve out anyways and get rid of all the pain. I’ve had one root canal before and it wasn’t a big deal so I wasn’t nervous about it. During the first hour of my appointment she really struggled to keep me numb. I was given 6-8 shots but it would wear off quick and it would be extremely painful. She decided I would need a root canal and told me she would perform a partial root canal but not the whole thing. I asked why she would only do half and she told me she doesn’t perform root canals. At this point I had tears running down my face from frustration and pain. I told her she never should have even started knowing it could have ended in a root canal if there was no one there to complete it. She got very offended and snapped that she was only trying to help me and did nothing wrong. I told her I wasn’t being rude, I was just frustrated and in pain and couldn’t believe they would start that and not finish it. I’ve never been scared of the dentist but at that point I was almost in a panic thinking about ever having to go back in for more work. She told me the numbing medicine was wearing off to quickly because I was nervous. She told me to hold tight to let it start working and she went to see another patient. This made no sense to me-if it’s wearing off to quickly you would think we would need to work faster, not have me wait while that dose wore off. At this point we were 30 minutes over my appointment time so really she probably just had other work to do. When she came back she poked me and it sent a steering pain through my jaw. She told me it was a “hot tooth” and she went to talk to someone about the numbing issue because she couldn’t remove the root without me being numb. She came back and said we should use novocaine because the adrenaline in it would keep me numb better. Awesome. Wish we did that 8 shots and over an hour ago but whatever, I stayed quiet just hoping this person would help me because I was at her mercy. Finally-I was numb! But at this point I was over my appointment time by about 45. She didn’t remove the root. She just packed the tooth with a temporary filling and prescribed me a mouth wash and antibiotic that she told me to take with some Advil when the tooth started to hurt. When I went to the front they told me I could schedule with dr Ramillosa in 2 weeks for my root canal or I could be referred out. This really confused me since the entire time I thought dr Ramillosa was my dentist, since that person owns the place and is the only one named as the dentist and the one my confirmation emails say I am seeing. I was nervous to chance waiting more time to see a specialist given the pain I was told I would encounter but felt completely panicked thinking about ever going back to Friendship Dental. I’ve had to wait about 3 weeks so far to get in with the specialist and I am in a decent amount of pain, even with the strong antibiotics friendship prescribed me. Do yourself a favor and number one-always make sure you are being seen by who you think you are being seen by. Two, ask for their credentials and three, never, ever go to this place. It’s a mess. On a nice note, I like the office staff and the dental assistants
The best dentist ever! Dr. Ramillosa is most gentle a person could ever have. Never any pain, and he always asks if anything is hurting just to make sure!

I always have a good experience with Dr. Tony and Jen. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The office is clean and comfortable. It's a happy place for dental work.
Dr Ramillosa has done a variety of treatments on me from a simple filling to root canals and crowns. Not a twinge of pain ever and the results always look terrific. The most gentle and caring dentist I've come across in my 65 years!
