Rastin & Associates

After a serious car accident, we were referred to Mr Rastin by one of the emergency Doctors while in the hospital. Mr. Rastin listened very carefully to our concerns of the effect the injuries will have on our future. He also showed great compassion, something much appreciated when anxiety is all you feel. Mr. Rastin was clear with his explanation of how he was to proceed with the case. Anytime we had other suggestions, he explained what his recomondation was. Mr. Rastin always presented himself as being, open, honest, patient and very professional. Thank you Mr. Rastin and Associates.

I have been a client of Rastin & Associates for 15+ years. Steve and staff have always been courteous, professional and showed great empathy in dealing with both personal and business related issues. I cannot say enough about the expert advice provided to me to help bring successful conclusions to the employment and general business related matters. I would highly recommend this firm.

I am very disappointed in this company. I referred someone to them after she was severely injured in a car accident. They were terrible. At first they were helpful, and took her case. But they proved to be unorganized, bumped her case from one lawyer to another in the firm, lost paperwork, and consistently did not give good service. Then to top it all off they told her that even though they feel she has a good case, they asked her to find another law company! (Apparently since her claim is not of high enough monetary value for them.) At the very least I would have expected that they would help her find another lawyer, but they didnt care at all. The accident victim is still severely injured, and I am so upset at this company, not only did the insurance company not help her, this legal firm also did no good at all. I am so sorry I recommended them!

I found working with Steve and specially Sandra was an amazing experience. I couldn’t of gone through my personal injury suit with out their guidance and support. Sandra was there holding my hand all the way!
