2 people to mention. Tyrone "Manager/Salesman" & Bernard "Finance Manager", remember those names. I met with Tyrone in person and talked about purchasing a car. Specifically, an Elantra. Told him my budget, what I was looking to put down, etc. This man was professional, upfront, informative, and best above all actually listened to what my needs were and where I wanted to be at on my monthly note. Felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesman. Of course, he wants to make the sale it's his job, but I had no pressure and he helped me out along the way, answered my questions, told me about available inventory, etc. I will HIGHLY recommend seeing Tyrone. Then let's talk about Bernard. Going over the actual finances, informing me about GAP, extended warranty, etc. He broke everything down to for me, explained the pros and cons of each, what it covered, and even through in some extra coverage where he could. Even when I declined certain coverages, he wasn't pushy or anything negative. Just professional 100% Thanks for the Red Hyundai Elantra, it was a pleasure doing business and I will be back when it's time get my daughter a car.

Went to dealership not knowing exactly what I wanted but knowing I’d owned previous Hyundais n loved them! Joseph Barbie was patient n explained everything to me about various suvs n pointed me to the Santa Fe. The color I wanted was not available but the sales manager n finance guy all joined my search n found my newest Hyundai love! Thanks for all the info n help! A great team at this dealership which I hope the owners acknowledge n reward them! Even after my sale I go to them for questions! Had to have service n it was awesome also!!! Horrible service. Will never buy this brand and never take my car to Ray Brandt again. They have had my car since 9/25 is now almost Thanksgiving. My car was suppose to finally be fixed Friday, no phone call, nothing. They told me they don't do loaner vehicles, I'm now told they just have their last one away, well which one is it? I can never get through when I call. No one never has any answer's. I wish I could give my car back and go back to Toyota.

I had a really unfortunate situation with my car and ended up needing a new engine. Got it towed here and BEST service ever. I‘m one of those people that get nervous about asking too many questions and getting on someone’s nerves, Donnie answered every question and communicated so clearly without making me feel bad at all. He even went the extra mile and kept in contact with my dad who lives states away. The process was quick and smooth both waiting on my car and picking it up. I couldn’t be more grateful to these guys. If I could’ve given them all a hug I would have lol! Thank you guys!!
