Walmart Auto Care Centers

I was the only person in the care center, and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to put on four new tires. After an hour and a half, I spoke to Reginald, and he was VERY rude with his answer as to why it was taking so ling. I went and got the store manager and she spoke with Reginald and myself and he lie to her face and when I showed her the proof with the text sent to me, Reginald didn't have anything to say. Coincidentally, we were headed to Walmart to shop, when Betsy, our trusty old Honda van hit a rogue piece of jagged cement. Within two minutes, we were driving on the rim of the right front, and limped into the Auto Care Center, just adjacent to the main Walmart store. It looked like someone had chewed a hole in that tire! Wow. The mechanics at the Auto Care let us stay in the spot where we'd stopped, rather than move the vehicle closer, or inside; they needed to determine if the rim was compromised as well. Anyway, we had lunch at the Walmart Subway, bought a few groceries, and an hour or so later returned. New tire, easy-breezy all set. Better prices than many other auto shops. Plus very nice staff. Much appreciated!

I go to the Auto center to exchange a bad battery I just purchased two days prior standing there no one around finally what I find out later was the manager of the Auto department approaches me asked me what I had I tell him just need to exchange this battery he replies okay give me one sec so I'm waiting then another guy shows up now we are both waiting finally he opens the door leading to the garage area and ask a young lady can we get help he then goes on to express I was here first so I tell no that's okay the guy is helping me she says what guy I say the guy with the beard she say oh he left I said for the day she says no so I say ilk wait then hehe then replies but he's gone to a Dr. Appoiment..wow right!

Was great back when they were actually open. Now they only do tires and only by appointment. So don't waste time coming here. Time and availability on Google maps and the Walmart website are misleading.

A lot of standing around and not much help in the Automotive Department. Good thing I was there to pick up tires, they said that they couldn't mount them because tires were different size than what was on door. Tires were only 30 centimeters wider. Guy acted as if he didn't want to work well I suggest staying home. That's the problem with hourly wage auto techs and not by how much productivity they accomplish.

Had to wait for about an hour and a half . I'd never been there before so if there were more directional signs telling you what to do I think it would be less nerve wracking. But overall the gentleman Jason who took care of me was really a go getter. He went above and beyond to figure things out on their computer system to help me so I wouldn't have to wait for the lady that takes your information.

I bought 2 tires after receiving the car check papers the mechanic wrote he completed several check on the paper .but I observed he did not perform many of the checks .bad Empolymer

No one working, come on Walmart get this fixed. Don't see no ads where you looking for automotive help!!!

Prompt, friendly and professional oil change service. I used this location for its special on synthetic high mileage oil and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the service technician completed the job, even though they expressed they were shorthanded that day
