Without a doubt, this is the best bank branch of any bank I have ever been to! Every single person who works there is friendly, helpful and kind. I had a complicated issue that took several visits. They were always welcoming and bent over backwards to help me.
I was hesitant to go into this location today but I went anyway & it was a pleasant surprise. The staff greeted everyone that walked into the door. The branch manager came out to assist when he saw the line was long. It was a very pleasant experience. The Branch Banker, Jonathan was VERY helpful as I’m new to the PNC community & didn’t know their policies. The other branch banker, I didn’t catch her name, she was just as helpful with her customers. I’m not sure what happened in the past but the reviews are outdated. This is a great location!
Have been client for 30 years, never seen a branch that is that irresponsible and unreliable. Not only they don't deliver on what they promised but can't fix their own mistakes on time. We were left without euros and without refund on our account for the last 24 hrs, so not only we did not get the currencies they promised they would deliver in 24 hrs but they were unable to refund me within the next 24 hrs, so our funds were unavailable. Total disaster.
Too bad one star is as low as you can go. I have been banking with PNC for over 22 years and this branch is the absolute worst. Go there to get cash and they DO NOT have $100 bills.....are you kidding me this is a bank. Go there to have something notorized , they don't have a notorary on site......are you serious this is a bank. Slowest drive through you will ever go through. Should fire the entire branch management team, locate an easier to access location and start over. Seriously PNC why do you continue to tolerate this branch without doing something about it????
Staff is terrible. Lady up front has the worst attitude I have ever encountered. It is being handled on a corporate level now. Same lady been referenced in the other complaints. They need to do something with her. She is clearly unhappy and running customers off. I opened up an account with another bank today. I remembered why I quit doing business with them years ago after today. It won’t happen again.
Just opened up a new account here and set up Direct Deposit with my job but I had to receive a 1 time paper check. Tried cashing my check here and was told because my account is new and has a $0 balance they have to hold the check for a few days. Well that was the purpose of me trying to deposit it so I would have a balance. The teller went on to question me why I don’t have direct deposit with my Job. That was none of her business but I let her know that I do and I just set up this account common sense. I already explained this to her. The teller next to her had to explain the rules on why they don’t give you at least $200 out of a check like most banks. I understood the reasons for people abusing the system. I can go on but I kept my cool and still deposited the check and walked out with a smile. If I known they was like this I would’ve never opened up an account here but I have no problem closing it as quick as I opened. I just needed a bank that was closer to me cause they don’t have my original bank here and the closest one is in Columbia, SC. Reading the other comments about the customer service and doing more research on the jobs the tellers probably mad about the pay they receive. This explains why the teller kept asking me about my job and talking about checks being fake. She thought my check was for a settlement cause she seen a Law Firm and had no clue that I work for one of the largest corporate law firms in Charlotte. I was disgusted and will probably close my account soon after I find another bank here.
Called this branch 3 times and the last time they finally picked up and then hung up on me as soon as I said “hello”.
I've banked with PNC as long as they have been in NC. Today I was in this branch to do a international bank transfer for over 100k. Was told would be 30 min. After a hour and no one even talked to me to let me know what was going on, I left. I run millions through this bank yearly with two separate account's but will be looking for a new bank staring today.
Horrific .. waited in afternoon till I had to go back to work for a teller... Yes 2 people waiting and no teller at all.. they didn't know when one would be there. Next time waited in queue for 30 minutes for the 2 people in front of me to be served.. before I was.. this time at rush hour... One teller. Worst experience I have ever had here. Edit. Forgot to mention the reason I was having to come in was to pay my car loan again due to spending A week disputing a charge where the deducted 4800 dollars from my bank instead of 480.
I came into the branch today around 1:15 on my lunch break . I was greeted by a African American women with a short cut. I asked her if I could set up a checking account she then proceed to tell me that I can set up a appointment for 3:15. I asked her why do I need an appointment just to set up a checking account. She responded with an attitude “well everyone is on lunch right now that’s why , would you like me to set up an appointment “ . I responded no thank you. As I was exiting the branch she yells” you can set up a checking account online.”I have never walked into a bank and been told everybody is on lunch and I can come back at a later time .I opened up an account at BB&T during my lunch break with no issues today :
