These people are horrible. Poor communicators. Lack of reading comphrension. No common sense or logic. They don't answer the phone. They don't call you back if you leave a message. They know nothing about property management or professionalism. Their own property looks defunct and abandoned. They are the epitome of incompetence.
The people here are so rude and they think they are smarter and better then us. I asked why the some costs went up once and she looked at me like I was stupid and said because of inflation everything is going up. They didn’t explain anything to me on what costs went up and when I asked a different question about painting the house because they are requiring us the repaint the house even though I think the paint is fine, the person that I talked to just brushed the question off and rolled her eyes. So unprofessional, when all I see them do when I come in is talk about unrelated stuff. Horrible horrible service I would pay more in HOA fees to have someone decent to work with. Just absolutely disgusting behavior.
Terrible company. Awful and antiquated website that’s impossible to navigate and utilize. Managers are unorganized and will not take ownership of errors or mistakes. Seemingly acting at the behest of the HOA board to target homeowners. STAY AWAY!
They will harass you and make your life hell for no reason even tenants friends will be harassed
They won't work with you. Have to pay rent online with click pay which sucks and they lie about helping people
Cowards. No respect. No character. No direct communication - just emails and letters. Horrible maintenance issues at La Posada Condominiums. Broken lights go unfixed, gates constantly breaking, landscaping is nonexistent, no access to clubhouse, pool hours close too early - which closes gym access as well. This place really turned to "you know what" in the past year. They gladly charge a monthly payment and late fees. No shame in harassing me about the flooring INSIDE my home. Flooring that was already installed when I purchased the condo. I've asked to be contacted by phone call for such invasive matters. Then I received another email. I'm going to sell my condo and never live in HOA communities like this again. Seriously considering filing a harassment suit and negligence suit. They need a wake up call. These cowards are smug, unapologetic, deranged, self serving scam artists and deserve real world consequences for such overreaching behavior. 0/5 stars really.
I haven't received a refund check and I have been dealing with this company at Tides at North Paradise for 2 months. Management is very poor and I can't ever get in contact with anyone at any time.
Paying my HOA fees to be harassed by them. They're definitely not working for you. They're working against you! It's ridiculous that the board members are allowed to make false and unverified claims without using the cameras that the residents pay for before handing out parking citations.
The HOA board members should all be fired to have hires this company.obviously the board did not look at the reviews of this management company on line it’s at 1 star This is the worst place to deal with… Stay away.
These people will only enforce rules on people who are reported, but when you push back and tell them to enforce the rules equally, they simply don't care and in fact want you the homeowner to do the work to report violations and do it with a power hungry tone. Anyone reading this that wants to join a lawsuit for discrimination and harassment, contact me. Next step is a complaint to the State and have them open their books to prove they are NOT enforcing the "rules" equally.
