I live in Sky Las Vegas below unit 2610 managed by this company and experienced water damage. The experience has been HORRIBLE trying to get someone to help me - multiple messages have not been returned by Ana, I've been hung up on by Ed and it has now been almost two months that I'm having to walk by a water damaged ceiling with no plan on it being repaired! This company is the worst- take your business elsewhere and best of luck if you happen to be an innocent bystander impacted by their poor customer service. UPDATE: It is very interesting how they haven't responded to over a dozen of messages, emails, calls and yet it took them about an hour an a half to respond to this review. I'm not a liar, and I'm a victim of their poor customer service. Water leaked into my unit on August 21st and our HOA and the tenet in 2610 immediately reported the incident to your company. To the owner who responded to this review instead of returning my calls, please feel free to call me and tell me what exactly you feel I was not being genuine about. I have records and documentation of every interaction and would be happy to share! If anyone is being disingenuous it is you!
Do not ever lease from this company. I am currently fighting for my deposit back. Read the Yelp reviews. I should have done so before signing their lease. They are doing to me what they’ve done to others, light bulb replacement when all of them were working, air filter fee when we replaced it and left extras for future tenant, landscape issues. All this is made up They are now accusing us of having a pet in there when we do not own one and have never had one in there. Avoid them at all costs.
This property manager is unique, to explain better I have to break it down. 1. They will totally look at their investors property to only benefit them Robinson and the owner. 2. The renters will never get repairs done unless it is done by them renters, no Licensed contractors will contact them to make repairs. They have in house people make repairs 3. The only time this place actually does anything is when they raise your rent. All focus and reply, emails, letters, Etc will be done during this period. Hey their pay is based on percentage so kind of self explanatory. 4. From first hand experience, if you have a minor repair needed, you are not important. All maintenance issues will be based on a tier, 1. possible water damage Huge, 2. Electrical Minute, 3. HVAC summer 48-72 hour reply. Being a renter with this place is horrible and your stuck with them. If you have any issues with maintenance please keep notes and records of the requests, especially if they are not taken care of.
Unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional. Just UN everything, all around. Whenever we have a maintenance request it goes unresolved for weeks even after the owner reaches out to them about it. Don’t ever send an email because those go unread and unresponded to even after weeks. Don’t call, because they have caller ID and if they see you’re calling they won’t answer. However, if you immediately call back from another number, they’ll answer. Shoutout to you, Ed. Whenever they need something from you I.e. HOA notice follow up, service charge for maintenance request, notice of intention to renew lease they will reach out to you. That’s usually the only time you’ll be able to reach them. There are so many other things I can say about this company but they don’t deserve any more of my energy. Kathy, Pamela, and Anna have made this such a horrible living experience. Owners, don’t allow these people to manage your properties. Tenants, you can definitely find better places to rent.
I have lived here more than 20 years and seen a few management changes but have never had a problem with management or the apt. I have recomended the apt to my friends.
I do not wish to be in contact with these people anymore but they have made it sooo hard not to and left me with result of leaving a review. DO not I tell DO NOT RENT with Robinson realty never in my life did I ever think renting my first apartment would be this hard. Supper unprofessional they hire or lease property’s with management that harasses their tenets and has unprofessional relationships with them as well. Casa vista is in the worst shape, I can’t receive my deposit back because they listed my roommates name on the check when she had moved out prior to the end of the lease due to the harassment. No one should feel unsafe in their own home and because of that we can’t receive $750 back when we are in a middle of a pandemic. I understand I’m only 20 but that doesn’t give you guys the right to try to take advantage. So save your time and do not rent with this company.
Security deposit refund process is intentionally vague. You would think I would just deal with the property manager but there were 4 individuals I had to coordinate with when it came time to move. Multiple emails and texts to ensure people would get back to me. Ultimately, I was charged 200 dollars for some "scuffed walls" to be repainted. The paint buckets were in the garage and I'd assume it would take but 5 minutes to do touch ups. How would I know though? It has been 5 weeks and I still don't have the pictures of proof I've requested. I've rented houses several times military and always leave the houses immaculate. Would not recommend this company to anyone moving to or living in Las Vegas. Steer clear!
I just signed my second lease at a different property with Robinson Realty! I hope to stay at this property for a while unless I upgrade again! Cheri, Meagan, Pamela, Pat, and Nico have made it very easy to live in both properties I've been a resident in with Robinson Realty. Nico is always prompt to get any and all service requests handled as soon as possible, ever during the COVID-19 crisis! Cheri, Meagan, and Pam are always quick to answer any questions before, after, and in-between your lease signing! Pat found my new place, and found it quick! I needed to be in a new place ASAP and from the time I applied for the property until the time I got my keys for my second rental with them, it had been less than 24 hours! That was fantastic! I was in a really tight spot where I needed a new place ASAP, and if it wasn't for Pat I wouldn't have found the place I'm in now! Cheri and Pam got me the Lease and Keys super fast and had me moved in a while day early! This was all during the COVID-19 crisis! The first property I rented from that Robinson managed, out of the $1500 deposit I had put down, I got every dime back! Mr. Robinson himself was very understanding of my situation and the death of my mother, saw the video I had taken at move out, and gave me my entire deposit back since I left the unit in Move-In Condition. They could've easily taken $200 out or more for any reason, but Robinson Realty and Michael Robinson himself saw the situation I was in and helped me out, and that's not the only reason they're getting a 5 star review, but definitely one of them! I hope to stay a client of theirs for a while or if I ever invest in property I would love for them to manage it!
