Worst management company I’ve ever dealt with. I am on the Board of Directors for my condominium association and we made the mistake of hiring them. They are nothing more than liaisons between their computers and the Association. They constantly change community managers which are people who have no property management experience so you can’t accomplish anything. They will not visit the property or even communicate by phone and when you call the office, your call goes to an answering service in Texas where a representative says “I’ll have someone call you” which never happens. We were paying them over $200 per month for weekly trash pickup which was not being done. They charge ridiculous fees for mailing letters and cashing checks, etc. Avoid this place at all costs.
Put a lien on my property saying I didn't pay my HOA no warning. Their collection agency didn't know Associa changed banks and sent money to their former bank. Not one person at Associa has reached out to me after multiple calls and emails to clear this up. This started in April and the lien has not been removed.
Took just over 2 years for someone to finally respond and add me to my local HOA. They tried to charge me a small late fee. Reached out many times with no response over 2 years with will get back with you in 48HR. Terrible HOA management. I hope our community can look at other options
I have only 7 months experience with Associa which is not good. The property manager Donna is very rude and unprofessional. She send us an email with just addressing “Hello” and did not bother to recognize our reply. I reached to her with a question regarding another HOA fee and she just told us that she did not know.There is no try to help. As a costumer, I feel that I am being ignored.
Their whole system is a mess. Very bad move in experience. They have a standard response for about every request, someone will be reaching out in 24/48 hours and they just forget about it. No body calls back even after 10 days. Spoke to the Supervisor Joshlyn based off of Texas, she was giving all kinds of lame reasons for not taking care of my requests. She was rude too. I hate this type of customer service.
My dryer vent cleaning was scheduled for July 5 at 10:30 a.m. and the RPM associate I believe his name was Tom was here promptly at 10:30 and quickly cleaned my vent. Very nice, polite gentleman. Thank you RPM and especially Amy Buechel for offering this service and getting everyone scheduled.
Poor communication and administrative follow through. Their frontline organizational structure for HOA customer service is slow, inefficient, and poorly managed!
Associa is a nightmare. Almost every one I have had to deal with from this company from the President to the the customer service representatives have been rude, condescending and unprofessional. I sold my previous condo because they were the management company and they were running the place into the ground. It took Associa 7 years to repair my basement wall. They finally admitted they didn’t know what they were doing and had to bring in an outside source to repair the wall properly. I recently moved and bought another place and the first question I asked was who was the management company? At that time it was not them which I was so happy to hear. Less than a month after I moved in they took over. I had a couple of interior issues that were caused from an outside source. I was not sure if they would be covered by the condo association or not. I immediately reached out to Associa and after 6 months of me following up with them I finally received an answer today. This post has nothing to do with the fact that my request was denied. I can live with that. It’s about the lack of response I received from Associa. In one of my emails I explained to the property manager that I understand that it wasn’t an overnight process but please keep me updated, which they agreed. Not one time did I ever receive a status update with out me having to reach out to them first. Each time I was told I would know something either in a few days or by the end of the week and it never happened. If I treated my customers the way I have been treated I would be standing in the unemployment line.
Savannah called me back in a timely manner and was able to answer all my questions and provide the proper paperwork needed. Very pleasant.
