REALTY WORKS

I currently rent a home from Realty Works and so far they have been great. They are all friendly in the office, they answer any questions I have, they are quick to maintenance requests. Of all the landlords I’ve had they are definitely at the top of my list. Prior to moving in I was having some credit issues and going thru a rough time due to my son getting an illness and despite that they were still willing to give me a chance. I would highly recommend Realty Works on a renting level, some day when I’m able to buy a house I will definitely go through them before I go anywhere else!! Thank you Realty Works for being so great!!!

I have rented from Realty Works 2 years now and getting ready to sign for a 3rd. Great people in the office and Mike the maintenance supervisor is the best. Just wish they would put the two steps off the deck that I have been asking for, other than that no problems. Keep up the good work

I have been working with Realty Works for the last 4-5 years. They have always found very good tenants and kept my vacancies very short. Every time I called with a question, Jennifer has always got back to me very quickly. All my expenses have always been very reasonable and any repair has always been performed in very timely fashion. They surely stand out among other management properties I have worked with. I highly recommend them for anyone who already has investment proprieties or anyone who is thinking about purchasing one.

I spoke with Madi over the phone regarding my interest in renting from Realty Works, she was extremely helpful with providing me information on how the application process works. I can see why this company has such positive reviews on here as their employees really seem to be friendly and know their stuff!

Jennifer and Nick at Realty Works have been great with as a property owner. They respond promptly to all emails and calls. It is nice to have them take care of all tenant issues. I would recommend Realty Works to other property owners looking for a management company.
