I have been in my apartment with RIS for about a year. I have decent rent for a nice apartment. I have only needed to call and speak with my property manager Megan a few times for maintenance. She has always been quick to send someone because they arrive within a day or so. I have had two guys come out to fix stuff and both were very nice and not creepy like other places. I enjoy living at my apartment and think their staff is friendly. I would recommend renting to any of my friends.

I have been tenant of RIS since June. Things have gone OK so far, maybe because I did not need anything or ask anything from them. Just pay the rent every month my only touch with them. However I noticed one thing since the beginning and I told them: when I moved in the door remained with its old lock; how old not sure but it had changed color or discolor from age. I asked them whether you would put a new lock in there they told me they do not but if you want we do it on your own expense. I was surprised not because safety and security requires the replacement of old locks every time there is a new tenant but also the lock was to old to be kept. Well, one freezing morning, today, it happened: when I tried to lock the door leaving for work, it broke like never before. What to do this morning? if I leave someone may intrude into my apartment and steal what I have in there. If not I miss my the day of work. I worked a part time that day. Later they came and fixed it.

My fiancé has been renting an apartment from RIS for over 2 years. He loves it, the complex is small and the neighbors are friendly. The property manager is great!They are quick to fix any repairs needed and they are good about preventative maintenance as well. Three cheers for RIS!!!

My girlfriend was interested in looking for a house. This Stephanie gal that works there you could tell she didn't care for our business. I had my friend ask about the same property and her response was completely different! Even told them when to check for new listings and my girlfriend she didn't simply said "sorry it's been rented out" I'm hoping the last names didn't play a role in this... But we are definitely going to look into it.

I love living at my apartment and RIS has done a great job. My manager is super nice and she always calls back within a reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with their staff and only been living here a few months. I wanted to write this review as people seem to have one bad experience or don't get their way and to them, the company is awful. Many of my neighbors have also said great things. With that said, so far I really have enjoyed my apartment and management thus far. - Happy tenant!!!
