Commercial Investment Properties

I recently moved out of Eagle Run Apartments in Omaha after living there for almost 7 years. The staff and maintenance crew are wonderful. The complex is nice and well maintained. Any maintenance issues I had were usually taken care of the same day I reported them. I would recommend Eagle Run to anyone looking for an apartment.

Just to present a fair and balanced view, I will say that the maintenance crew are very pleasant to deal with. On the other hand, the office staff is completely care free of how their actions and lack there of effect others. We had at least one work order that we notified them of and the neglected to record it and this minor job took months to accomplish. The office staff was notified of nails in the parking lot and the damage they had done to a visitors vehicle to which they basically responded with, "not our problem." Lastly, and most importantly, after using the entire security deposit to clean the apartment(that's what it's there for, so I understand), they continued to charge us for trash and sewage. They sent this bill to an address neither my roommate nor myself ever knew existed. After their error, they decided to charge us a late fee before we even were made aware of the additional expenses. My advice, don't trust the office staff at Eagle Run on 120th and Maple with ANYTHING!!!

As a former employee i can tell you their dishonest, always looking for a way to take the client's money, and they view it as "the bottom line", and ive personally seen them justify their actions and feign honesty, at the expense of others. Want examples? At Pinebrook apartments, ive seen them keep security deposits because of pet stains on the carpets, actually take people to court, win their case against clients, then NOT replace the carpet in those apartments and do it again to the next tenants. They are crooked, always get what they want, and ive seen karma slaughter their families....but never their pocket books. Your looking at a real lowlife corporate maggot in charge of the same. Stay away from these people!

Up until about a year and a half ago I was very happy living here.. I assume that's when new management took over. This last maintenance issue tipped me over the edge. I have not had hot water for a week!!! Now the manager is arguing with me about wheather or the water is warm or cold.. so it's acceptable to have warm water when the last EIGHT years I've lived here I had hot water??? Unbelievable. There's way more to the situation. The conversations with the manager are extremely unproductive cause she feels the need to argue. Bottom line is, I have not had hot water for a week! I will never rent from any complex associated with CIP again.
