Not the best realtor or friendly I've ever met

My teenage son contracted to mow the lawn of a man we have known for many years. He mowed the property and sent in the required pictures. He was assured that he would receive a check in 30-60 days. This property was mowed in June and it is now November and he still has not received a check. It's shameful for a business to treat a teenage boy this way and take advantage of him. I don't see how they can live with themselves when they lie and cheat like this. So much for doing a job for this company in good faith that they will keep their end of the agreement.

I'm not sure what's going on with this company but they need better help in the Omaha(Douglas county area) with DRY WINTERIZATIONS. I can see why you all complete so many DRY WINTERIZATIONS now. All you do is take the water meter off and don't even bother to drain the pipes. You just put up winterization stickers to fool everyone. I'm just going to start charging the nationals (M&MM and MCS) $150.00-$200.00 for any dry winterization. IF i have to bid to correct with this company's name on it.

Don't pay. I have contacted them several occasions and but they always have an excuse. someone is out of the office. they have to find a document. they'll get it sorted out and call back. Never do they ever do anything about it. these people are a bunch of scammers and crooks..

I would strongly recommend if they contact anyone just hang up on them. DO NOT EXCEPT ANY JOBS FROM THEM. THEY DO NOT PAY I HAVE DONE WORK FOR THEM AND ITS BEEN 6 MONTHS AND STILL HAVENT PAID AND THEY NEVER RETURN THERE CALLS ABSOLUTLY HORRIBLE BUSINESS THEY DESERVE TO BE TURNED INTO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU SO IF TINA CALLS YOU TELL HER TO GET LOST
