If I could I would rate this company 0 stars! They are the worse to rent from! Rented from the ones in Norfolk, NE. The property manager there doesn’t want to fix a thing or even try to. You try to call and talk to The company they try to downgrade you as if you don’t know how to do anything. For example our windows had mold in them and iced over badly, and didn’t shut properly which left tocdrafty windows and if I remember right the lady I talked to at the corporate office was Karen she tried to tell me that the windows shut hard and she would have the property manage show me how to shut them. I know how to shut a window! Moved out over 2 months ago and haven’t heard a thing from the property manager about the deposit! Nebraska has a law that the leasing company has 14 days to notify you of what is going on with your deposit! Stay far far away from this company!!

They are disrespectful and argumentative. They don't care about their tenants at all, only money.

Our manager at the apartments in Grand Island, she is the most caring understanding person, she goes the extra step to help out the tenants. Thank you Alison Reents!!!!! You are a gem...😊
