A-1 Property Management

Rented through Al and Nancy for two and a half years with no issues. Everything went smooth and easy during move in, renewal, and move out with full deposit returned. Only issues in house were from normal wear and tear. Thank you both for a great experience!!

Rented from them, stole my security deposit. Had some damage due to a storm. When we moved out they claimed it was my fault. I went back there TDY a few months later and driven by the place. The damage was still there... Looks like they took the deposit but fixed nothing. I also used their recommended cleaner and they said the house was dirty when we moved out. Dishonest people. They have no shame.

With A-1 PM for 2 years in Millard. They provided excellent service - always fast response to any needs, quickly handled repairs, and made renting a rare pleasure!! Never had to wait to get a reply during any correspondence - both Al and Nancy are excellent in their roles as managers - they are "no nonsense" types who clearly appreciate tenants that fulfill their part of a rental agreement. During our tenancy with A-1 one significant benefit we especially appreciate was when we unexpectedly didn't need to move and required a renewal of our lease - there were no "games" like other companies I've dealt with -- Al and I discussed it on the driveway, agreed on new terms, and shook hands about it - with trust, respect, and honorable business practices...A-1 impressed me several times during our 2 year stay - all the way up to and including our deposit refund, fairly keeping what they needed to and returning the rest, a truly "A' grade/1st class business transaction. If I ever need to rent again in Omaha or have friends that want a recommendation...I'll tell them to call A-1 PM!!!

Unfortunately you can not give 0 stars. Honestly the worst property management I have ever rented or dealt with. They will absolutely cheat you and swindle you out of your deposit, using it to do things like repair the roof (of which it was damaged and had the same problems BEFORE i ever moved in). They will leave you for more than 4 weeks with no AC during the summer when it is over 100 degrees outside. I would not recommend anyone renting with them for any circumstance ever.

DO NOT RENT FROM A-1 PROPERTY MGMT. AL AND NANCY WOOLLEY!!!!! THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! I AM OUT $2000 DUE TO THESE MORONS FLAT OUT REFUSING TO FIX HAZARDOUS MOLD IN THE DUPLEX I JUST MOVED INTO. THEY'D RATHER KICK ME OUT, PROBABLY COVER IT UP AND SUCK SOME MORE $$$$ OUTA SOME OTHER INNOCENT PERSON WITH KIDS..... UNBELIEVABLE THE THINGS PPL CAN GET AWAY WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
