Google needs to make a Zero star option available, because that's what I would give Robert Hancock & Co. Managment is awful and extremely difficult to work with. I would recommend looking for other apartments and staying far away from this company. They do not care about their residents at all. The manager for the apartments that I left and broke my lease 6 months early because I was so miserable, started and left within 6 months because of all the complaints. That should tell you everything you need to know about this company. The only friendly people are the ladies in Accounting. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere.

This apartment continues to be disappointing. I have had problems with them from day one and had to fight tooth and nail to get my issues resolved. The apartment neglected to check their equipment and I have been without heating or air conditioning since March. This apartment blamed me when I moved into an apartment that was filthy when I asked to have ONE room's carpet (My children's room) replaced because it smelled so bad. The apartment manager told me that she thinks my kids bed is the problem. That was so insulting especially because the bathroom had mold on the floor the entire dishwasher was mold and had to be replaced. There were holes in the carpet, 2 doors fell off, the kitchen had not been cleaned there was a thick layer of oil and dirt every where. Every time I asked for an issue to be address I have been met with a very bad attitude towards their me.
