If I could rate with negative stars I would. I work in customer service and I know how to speak with clients/customers and the Manager Mack T, has no regard for customer service. When I explained to him my vague understanding of the application agreement regarding them keeping the $425 deposit if you are unable to move in for any reason, he attempted to explain but felt I interrupted him and told me “Are you going to keep talking or let me speak..” I said excuse me, and he repeated his rude statement. After I told him he doesn’t have to speak to me that way, he proceeds to defend himself and say how he is trying to explain to me and when I said okay sir then you can explain, he said “nope, I tried” and told me to leave or he would call the police! I said you aren’t really going to call the police? And he said “how much do you want to bet?” Speaking to a manager I was hoping to have a more pleasant conversation and Mack T was unable to deliver good customer service or common manners. I will tell anyone looking to rent from them please refrain if you WANT to be treated with decency. I definitley dodged a bullet and I anticipate how the shady business they give out will come full circle.

Happy to have DThompson managing properties. Excellent customer service, maintenance and accounting. Easy to work with and quick to respond to any problems I have.

After living here for over 4 years and paying just shy of $25,000 in rent, fixing nearly every problem I had myself because maintenance was shady, and leaving the apartment in much better condition than when I got it, I shouldn't have needed to fight as hard as I did to get half my deposit back. My fridge went out and it took a month to get it replaced after calling to remind them several times. Rent from them at your own risk. I would not recommend them. All they seem to care about is the next rent payment. The only good thing I can say is the rent payment was reasonable.

Sucks I had to give them a star.. worst company ever worst people!!!!!! They rent out bug infested houses!!!!!!! Do not rent from this company they are disgusting people. We lost everything because of them!!!!!! I hope horrible things happen to all of them.. bed bugs and roaches!!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!!

No one answers the phone. Can't get a hold of anyone for agreement questions. But when they want you to sign a lease they answer your calls.
They also raised our water bill to 65 when it averaged to be about 27 a month. Ridiculous company. I hate them.

Updated- if I could give negative stars I would.
Not only did they raise the water bill over twice what we used to pay, the new owner is raising everyone's rent an extra 40 bucks.
When I started here I paid 675 for a 2 bedroom (a year ago)
Now, with a new lease (we were gonna go month to month so we could leave as soon as we saved up, but they can raise your rent monthly if they so choose)
We have to pay 40 just to sign the darn thing.
And they are raising out rent 55 a month. So, 740, plus cat rent of 40 (we were originally told it was only 10 per cat, by the way) , plus 65 for 2 people for water (if you have 2 people in a 1 bedroom it's only 50?)
So, it is going up over 100$ because "that's the going rate for these apartments"
When most of our neighbors smoke so much weed and the hallways are barely patched up. I know I'm not gonna get a deposit back, and maintenance hasn't fixed anything I've needed them to.
