Pro Properties

After reading some of these reviews, I'll say personally it's contrary to my experience with Pro Properties and the lovely apartment manager Sarah. I moved 18 hours away from Nebraska for business opportunity and these kind people welcomed me into their land with only one expectation. That's was to keep my word, meaning paying rent on time, as a tenant should and maintain the cleanliness of my apartment. The relationship that Pro Properties and I had was Grand. I'd definitely use these folks again. FYI, give these people a try if you're in need of somewhere to live,and as always keep your word. You're a Tenant not Home Owner.

We lived in a Pro Properties apartment for almost 7 years. The price was great and management is responsive to concerns. Sarah tells it like it is and I always knew what to expect from her. If you are a respectful tenant with reasonable expectations, you will be more than happy renting from Pro Properties.

Pro Properties needs new Management and new Maintenance. Sarah does business illegally, wrong, and goes behind your back. If it does not benefit her, then she does not pay mind to what your issues are or needs are. A property management company is suppose to ensure your concerns, needs, fixings- which Sarah Or John does not provide. Makes me wonder what they do with all of their free time when they are not responding or acknowledging any of their tenants. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. Once you meet Sarah, go with your gut. Shes phony, fake, fraud. To the Pro Properties OWNER- Find new management and new maintenance if you want to keep this Company afloat.

Hello everyone- Please read this review before you rent from SARAH or PRO PROPERTIES, ever. Especially if you have kids. I rented their property off of 806 Hickory St. (it will be up for rent again here shortly) I should of realized all of the red flags back almost two years ago when I started renting from them, our window was cracked and broken when we signed the lease, they promised us it would be fixed within a MONTH- almost two years went by and nothing got done- well Sarah DID offer to fix it a couple months ago during the middle of winter and flat out told us that they would take the window out and then board it up with WOOD and then replace the window within a "couple days" ...my baby was two months old at this time, and also my Boyfriend (daughters dad) has a disabled son who cannot get sick.... KEEP READING IT GETS WORSE. Our toilet broke, they boarded it a ghetto rigged it up with their go to- "Wood" .... which also, never got fixed properly. Then, we had a rat infestation, they set a couple traps and told us they couldn't do anything more than that. So there was rats running around in our living room, kitchen floor, and kitchen cabinets. Then, our fridge broke and the Maintenance man flat out told me he would be there in a week to fix my fridge after all of our food went bad and I needed to keep my daughters breast milk cold. I had to pay someone else to fix my fridge that WAS THEIR PROPERTY. Last but not least, my move out day is April 31st 2018, and my couch, my washer and dryer, and my Plant that I received a deceased family members funeral is still inside, I'm only 3 days late on rent, I get off work today to go clean the house and remove the rest of the items and get the house in good condition, and she changed the locks on us, and took the mail out of our mail box and took it with her. That's a federal OFFENSE. We have mail for my boyfriends disabled son in there. Also, it's against the law not to notice me or give me an eviction notice then proceed to change the locks, so I cannot get the rest of my belongings or MAIL. This is the most dirtiest, cowardly, down right wrong, disrespectful company I have ever done business with. I'm a very professional, respectful, & clean person and have never owed Pro Properties ANYTHING and my balance is ZERO!!!!!!!! And Sarah still did me dirty, took our disabled child's mail, and locked us out and basically stole our belongings when we are still on the lease, and never got notice. Please, if you care about your family- do not rent from this company. Yes rent is cheap, but it's not worth it. Turn around and go find a cheap apartment from a good company before you sign a Pro Properties Lease. Thank you.
