Real Property Management Legacy

Real Property Management Legacy is now under new ownership, and Jean and James are doing an awesome job! We were with RPM with the previous owner and had a lot of ups and downs. However, the new owners have been awesome! Everything is handled quick, and done right the first time, and the communication has been a 110% improvement! Don't base your opinions of this company from the previous reviews. This is a new company, and you will be well taken care of!

This review will be much like the previous review! RPM Legacy recently went under the new ownership of Jean Duffy. The previous company, RPM Omaha, under Sid Magill, was horrible. There was no communication, they were horrible at returning calls, managing the property, etc. As the property owner, I was constantly frustrated! Since the transition of ownership, I couldn't be more pleased with the services that Jean with RMP Legacy has provided. Jean has reached back to me immediately regarding any concerns I've had, even in late evenings. Great customer service and management!

Had a tour scheduled, called and confirmed said tour, and on the way called again because I was running behind. Showed up and waited for about 10 more minutes with no leasing agent or phone call. Called the main office and apparently the house had already been rented. If your looking to rent, do it through people who are organized and provide an ounce of customer service. I definitely felt like my time (and gas) was wasted. They offered nothing but a "sorry". I agree with the majority of other posts on here, don't waste your time like I did.

Never had a single issue that wasn't handled in a prompt manner. Alison is super friendly and wonderful to work with.

Very knowledgeable of property management and the Omaha area. Could have chosen other management companies however Sid and Staff really were so helpful during the whole process.
