i rent one of their apartments, and the choice they made for the management of the property(THE FLORENTINE) is questionable seeing as how they do nothing. for example someone is lighting fireworks off in the main courtyard of my building, and i wouldn't mind if it was kids doing it but as in most cases it's an adult who may or may not be mentally incompetent. i say that because the lighting of fireworks has lasted for hours on end(seriously hours upon hours) and the management is ok with this behavior and the neighbors as well i imagine due to they're rental policy(i.e. they rent to anyone and perform no backround checks). do not do business with this faceless entity unless you dont mind living in hell where everyone is in everybody's business and they all talk about each other however it's a good place to conduct social experiments on a large group of people with no morals,ethics and common sense and the average I.Q is well below the norm
