They manage the property next door to us. The dogs bark all the time and escape the yard. Multiple complaints to the humane society turn out the dogs are not licensed. They leave the back door open for the dogs to go in and out. Imagine the pests in the place? Now let's discuss lawn and weeds. I have pictures if you would like to see them but let's just say it is not pretty. The management property has been contacted repeatedly and just does nothing. I can't imagine the destruction to the property inside based on the lack of outdoor care. So if you want someone to collect the rent I am sure they are fine but if you want the property properly maintained I would find someone else.

Tim is the best. He is always willing to help with any situation. Tim has found quality tenants for each of our rental properties. Tim does a great job of researching the tenants, and ensuring that we are in good hands. We would highly recommend Cambiar Real Estate Group.

Our experience with Cambiar has been excellent. We have lived in our current rental for 18 months. They are very easy to work with and things are fixed in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend Cambiar for anyone looking to rent.

Will not fix any thing you need fixed for 2+ months till you eventually need to fix it yourself. Also, when you move out you can expect to receive little to none of your deposit back although landlords are not legally allowed to charge for general wear and tear. You'll be charged $45 to sweep out a garage and much more to clean an already clean house. Terrible place to deal with, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
