Dana Mann Property Management

If I could click no stars and still submit a review, I would. I had an out of town couple in Omaha for two days. They needed to find a home to rent and we called Dana to see if I could show them a property managed by her company. Since I am a licensed Realtor, she was skeptical. I assured her that I expected no compensation and she agreed to call me back with a time I could show. After several hours, I called her back. She proceeded to be very short with me, stating that they didn't have any agent to meet us at the home in the next 36 hours. She ended up hanging up on me in the middle of our conversation. Luckily, a friendlier landlord allowed me to show them a lovely duplex represented by a another company and they ended up finding a place to live. Clearly, Dana and her company do not understand the service industry.

Their service here is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone at all. I’m surprised they still have tenants. Once you move out, they charge you for cleaning and replacing things that should be done before a new tenant moves in anyways. $130.00 to replace blinds? Just ways to keep your deposit.

If i can rate zero stars i would. never fixed anything ever. Told my kids where pigs because they left there bikes out side. Real unprofessional lady n rude. I moved out n she charges up the a## for everything. I would not bother waisting any time cleaning cuz you will get charged anyway. Plus got charged twice for things and i tried to call in a nice manner to talk about it n she wouldn't even talk about it. Just give me your money. I would never wish any one to meet this lady ever. Not including her son who i moved in after had left use condoms n beer cans and a full cup of urine in basement day i moved in and had multiple reports from niebors that they would pee out the windows. Just hate these ppl plus delt with mold leaky basements etc. I could go on.... They also stole childs toys out back yard from another tennet because they didn't like the way out looked out side it was one of those outside play house things. Plus i had to shovel n hedge bushes cuzz they got so bad. Any way i won't go on and on any more my advice is..... Run!!!!

Do not rent any Dana Mann properties. They kept my entire deposit, and charged me for things that are non existent. When I talked to Dana Mann she was rude and unprofessional. They don’t take care of the tenants at all. Find another place to live.

They suck Jeanie is a sweetie when your are signing the lease,but when issues arise she could care less just like the rest of them. When I moved in my air didn't work after multiple attempts they got it "fixed" and here we are a year later.. dead again... they said we are getting a new ac put in for you.(yippee) 2 weeks later no air again because it froze due to a nasty air filter. I thought yall change them regularly ? I took a photo. I CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP IN AUGUST
