This property management company is very, very honest and takes pride in their work. The big difference between this company and others - is that there are no mark-ups on maintenance. Each owner will receive an itemized monthly statement with the invoices from the outside vendors used (plumber, maintenance man, HVAC guy, etc.) Highly recommend Midtown Realty & Management!
