K.C. did a great job getting my property sold. The process was extremely easy and K.C. really made the entire process hassle free. She is definitely an expert on investment properties in the Sarpy County area!

We rented a home managed by midlands real estate for two years, Midlands recently went under new management or ownership. For the first year (2016) midlands was great getting things fixed on time, staying on top of maintenance requests and overall polite. Now they have different staff and some are great and others are terrible. It seems like they have no communication skills what so ever and are very arrogant. Our garage door was broken for well over a month because they were “waiting on owner approval” when I contacted them to get updates they seemed very annoyed and rude. Also, before signing the lease my fiancé and I were assured by midlands staff that our *pet deposit* covered the cost of carpet cleaning (when our lease ended). I confronted midlands about this today and Briana tried pulling out the lease to show me and it didn’t define what the pet deposit was used for.
Overall I’m extremely glad to be a homeowner and looking forward to not dealing with midlands. They are unorganized and communicate terribly.

KC Bethel with Midlands Real Estate was our agent when we bought our house and she did a fantastic job! She really knows her stuff. She was prompt and knowledgeable, and made the home buying experience very smooth! I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy a house.

My wife and I rented from Midlands for about 3 yrs. I would find another company if you plan on using Midlands or until at least there is new management. Some of the people that work in the office were ok but others werent. KC really doesn't care unless it's to benefit her. After the tornado last year she acted like we were annoying her when we were trying to tell her what was going on. We tried talking to her about a couple of rental properties to get into at the same price we were paying while we were in a hotel but her position was if it wasn't good for her then why should she do it. Then she acted like she was doing us a favor by giving us our deposit back. Things were ok with the house we rented but if something needed to be fixed then it was done as cheap as possible and wouldn't be fixed right so you would have the same problem constantly. We needed a hot water heater for about a year and it never gor fixed. Until someone else takes over the company that can do people right then you are taking a risk. You don't have to believe me but if KC is still running the company or has a say you will find out.

When I looked at my condo I knew the previous tenants had "trashed" it. When I got the call that I was approved, I told Brianna the condition the condo was in. I asked her if it would be cleaned and she promised it would be. The day I moved in I found that it hadn't been cleaned, painted, and the whole place smelled like dog pee. I called Dave and told him this was completely unacceptable and something needed to be done. Dave was very apologetic, took the blame for it, and worked endlessly to resolve the issues. I moved in on Aug 21st and over the last three weeks Dave has ensured that the carpet was replaced, maintenance issues were all fixed, and it was cleaned. Dave went above and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. Taking ownership for something is huge and he did FANTASIC. I can officially say with some hard work between myself, my family, the team at Midlands, my condo is beautiful and smells great! Dave managed this project with professionalism, respect, empathy, and heartfelt. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that everything worked out! Thank you!
