Aw man. What can I say that people haven't already said? This man opened his store back up when I got there and he had closed after he was already in his car and actually reopened and fixed my Xbox Series X's messed up HDMI port despite my protest and telling him to go home and enjoy his weekend! Also, don't expect him to always do this, even though I think he would. I was rushing all over town trying to get this thing fixed and I think I must've called every single listing from Google in Charlotte and then I got to Reaper Electronics and I specifically see the Xbox Series X HDMI port repair, but I saw that all over Google and everyone said they'd have to order it and what not. Even Best Buy. How do you not have HDMI ports for the Series X??? It's been out since 2020. Anyways, I call Justin at Reaper Electronics desperately literally was the LAST place I was going to call and then give up as the next result was over 125 miles away and he's just like, "oh yeah. I can fix the Xbox Series X HDMI port." I was kinda shocked and was like, "you mean, like today? Like I can just come in and you'll fix the HDMI port on my Xbox Series X?" I needed to make sure he knew it was the HDMI port for the Series X because I wouldn't have ever expected him to just have it and be able to fix it. Justin was like, "Yup. I've gotcha. Just be here before _____." It was kind of my fault because I got there like 5 minutes after he said, so it was incredibly gracious of him to do it and he was very warm and friendly. He seems like a really solid and nice and respectable man. I believe he said he served in the Navy edited. Heck yeah! That's who I want defending the country! Keep up the good work Justin! Thank you SO much for fixing my HDMI port on my Series X when NO ONE else in Charlotte would!

Highly recommend! Jay does great work, and he is honest and offers a fair price. He goes out of his way to make sure his customer is satisfied. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my Golden Tee Live 2020. Great experience!

This was a awesome experience for me and my son. We had his PS5 fixed before with the HDMI port. This time we didn’t have to wait 3 weeks. It was done same day within the hour and it worked without glitches. Thank you @reaper electronics

They go over the top to provide the best service. You are welcome as a friend and he provided additional audio at no cost to my son's Xbox, plus fix the daughter's PS5, both in an hour. One incredible small business. The price was reasonable and he gave me a military discount. Price didn't change when he was completed. What he quoted with the discount and taxes was exactly the same. Great experience. I wish everyone was like them.

Reapers is amazing! I bought a Nintendo switch from someone online and when I received it the game card was broken and it could not read any game cartridges. I was desperate to get it fixed as it was a gift for my sister. I found Reapers online and they were able to replace the part in no time. I also want to say that I am absolutely blown away by the customer service and kindness that I have received from Reapers. I am eternally grateful and my sister was so so happy to be able to use her switch. I will send my gaming friends your way for any of their repair needs. Thank you again.

Took my Grandson to get his PS5 hdmi port repaired. Jay was super friendly and knowledgeable about the repair process.Got the repairs completed while we waited, about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Reapers Electronics to anyone.

He is very professional and he gave my son good tips regarding taking care of his PS5. He said don't keep your cords plugged in the back of your system when you are placing them in a bag to move around bc it will ruin your HDMI port!!!! Great advice !! Avoid unnecessary issues. I definitely recommend this place!

Called the shop at 1:30, got there at 2:00, my HMDI port for my series X was fixed before 3pm. Great work! I would definitely recommend for any of our electronic troubles AND the pricing is reasonable!

I had a hard time signing into PSN on Ps5 and Jay was professional and kind very knowledgeable. What he did I couldn't tell you but he got it to work.I am extremely grateful. Thanks Jay will definitely recommend Reapers

Just got back from my 30 minute appointment. Went in for a PS4 HDMI port repair and Mr. Perry was super helpful, explained things to me as he went along, talked about business all the while he was working! He finished the replacement, dusted out my console, removed and reapplied the thermal paste and troubleshot a problem I mentioned to him about it turning on suddenly with no contact to the sensor or any controller. He quickly, confidently and courteously handled everything all for a reasonable price that he quoted over the phone when I made the appointment; no upcharge! Genuine guy, I will absolutely be bringing my business here from now on. Notes: cash only & the building that it's in no longer has the banner saying Reapers, but it's still in the same place as Grimm's Hydrographics.
