Expensive! Prices are higher than brand new purchase prices.
The selection is pretty good for the size of the store and the sales associates are super friendly. Had a great time trying on a bunch of different styles and learning about the company with no pressure to buy.
Return policy is a no!
Customer service is absolutely awful. And they charge $20 to ship one bag.... pshh for a $700 purchase shipping should be free! No way it costs $20!!! Then it takes them forever to even ship. For a $20 shipping fee I’d expect amazon speed!!!!!
Very pleasant store with beautiful handbags. Bought a limited edition LV after learning more about the bag from the knowledgable sales associates who were helping me find a unique piece.
