I had the best experience here. I travel a lot for work and my back was completely in knots. The girl who worked on meI unfortunately forgot her name was very skilled and made me feel brand new. Highly recommended the deep tissue massage!!!

Very welcoming upon arrival. I got a combo massage 30 min foot and hour body. I love that price is fair. I had a room to myself. The foot massage is always a must because it definitely help relaxes the whole body. I got hard pressure for the body massage and it was so good I fell asleep. My masseuse was so nice he made sure the pressure wasn’t to much. If you do heavy lifting at the gym this is good place to work out the kinks.

What a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere! I was greeted immediately upon entering with no appointment but they took me back right away. Sometimes it is hard to plan out your day so if you need a last minute, high quality massage THIS IS THE PLACE! Ying at the front desk helped me decide which massage was best for my body and she gave some great recommendations. During the massage she made sure to check in with me numerous times to ask if the pressure was okay. You can tell these are highly trained massage therapists and the prices are so affordable that I will be able to go back multiple times! I also got the Thai massage/ stretch session and man oh man let me tell you it was such a relief and I told her I was a dancer so she did the works : Upon checkout I was notified of the rewards program and signed up! I am excited to go back in a few weeks.

So my husband planned a lovely date night that started with a massage here. He had a nice massage and they have good reviews. When you walk in, they give you paperwork to identify what locations you would like them to focus on. I haven't seen that in a while. I thought that was great. The customer service was really good and the place was clean and welcoming.

This place is great. Within the beautiful neighborhood of Inman Park Atlanta this little spa is a necessary escape. Modest price for the best services in the category. 60 minute massage was $80 I mean you can’t get better.

It’s a family business and we have been going there for years. They are always nice, rooms are clean, most of them are very very good at massaging. I love their foot massage too but we always get 60 minutes$60 deep tissueextra $10 massage with hot stones at the end. Extra 10 minutes is +$10, if you don’t want oil and prefer dry massage, it will be extra $10.

What a find! I phoned first thing in the morning to be greeted by Sarina. I could easily understand what she was telling me, which was that one of her best masseuses, Ying, was available for a 2-hour massage immediately. How lucky I was because YING who could also easily understand me had a lot of experience and would let me tell her all the hurting places on my body; not that I needed to tell her because she could easily ascertain by touch where those were. She was very pleasant and very much wanted to help me. How much better I felt afterwards! The facility is very clean, has a neutral, yet pleasant aroma and had a very safe feeling about it. No sketchy vibes that you many times pick up on when you enter other spas. Another thing I love about Rebalance is that they don’t hard sell you to upgrade to a higher priced pacakage. They did gently tell me what was available, but didn’t pressure me as many other spas often do. The check out process by Sarina was very professional. She’s a classy person who told me upfront that CC’s had a 3% fee and that I could pay in a few other ways to avoid that. Both ladies I dealt with had a friendly, calming spirit about them. Every time I return to Atlanta, I will make sure I have an appointment in advance so there’s no way I can miss a massage by Ying!

My boyfriend and I were visiting Atlanta from Chicago and found this fabulous place! We've been to many spas, and I really found this one to be unique and outstanding. The inside is beautifully Asian inspired. And the services were amazing for the price. My boyfriend had a deep tissue massage with hot stone and he said that Serena has been the only masseuse who has ever been able to get rid of his knots and tension in his shoulders and hips/legs. I had a Swedish massage with hot stone and a Thai stretch combo. OMG, it was unbelievable. I had Ying and she was very professional and knowledgeable about her practice! We had the massages as a couple and the massage room was beautiful, even outfitted with heated massage beds. It was so good that I went back the next day for a facial with Ying. And, she did not disappoint! Her facial was a combination of the typical exfoliations, extractions and creams, but she also did a special massage for lymphatic drainage and red light therapy. My skin was glowing. I wish I could take them back to Chicago with me!

I called ahead to make an appointment and still has to wait 30 mins for my service. My service was the deep tissue 60 minute massage. Once ready my service was rushed and the guy just spent alot of time patting me while breathing heavy and sweating. Absolutely horrible ! They had the audacity to ask about a tip after I wasted $72. Don’t ask for a male deep tissue specialist if you decide to go!

Staff were so nice. Customer service was the best I have received while visiting Atlanta. We did an hour couples massage and it was great. Very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting when I return.
