Love this place! I’ve been a few times for the infrared sauna. It’s so clean always. It’s  convenient to the belt line too. I haven’t tried the cryotherapy because I’m a wimp. But Nicci- one of the owners- is so friendly and makes you very comfortable while you’re there.  Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this place for great service and a unique location and atmosphere. The owners and staff are friendly, generous, and flexible. I always leave feeling like I got more than my money’s worth. The saunas are big enough to lie down in  I’d go every day if I could!

This place is great! They have it all from cryro to numatech! This is a place for recovery. Ever since I've learned about this place I cryo as much as I can. This makes my workouts so much better!!

The polar lounge is my favorite place to go!! I go here almost everyday and The owners Nicci and Chad are the best. The infrared sauna is my favorite thing to do ever and if you haven't been to the Polar Lounge you are seriously missing out!
