Rebecca Poole - Alexander Technique

Rebecca is a wonderful instructor, in a subject most of us aren't actually very good at. She is very experienced, empathetic, understanding and generally incredibly helpful. Especially during these times when we are spending more time NOT being active her classes are great.

Taking classes with Rebeca improved my quality of life remarkably. Alexander Technique it’s learning about the use of the body and also learning about how to live examining how we do everything we do. Rebecca’s hands transmit a quality of attention that these days is scarce.
