Rebel Laundrymat and Minimart

For the amount of washers and dryers in this building there's no reason a wall of dryers with 20 units had only working. One of the 2 change machines worked, the fans and " a.c." barely kept the sweat from forming on your skin. The attached mini mart lacked a lot of common mini mart items/brands. Despite all the the laundry mat is a convenient location and has good prices for the size of available washers and dryers.

This place has more out of order machines than they do ones that work. Don't use this facility if you're on a time schedule as you have to wait for dryers. Bums hang around here also so watch yo back. I bring my business elsewhere.

They have refused to return slot of very expensive items I brought in for cleaning. They absolutely insist that they threw 4 bags of my things out. Because I did not respond to their one call. My phone was broken. And they will not return my things. Perhaps they have stolen them

+ Cheap and fast. + Free detergent. - More than half of the machines are out of order. - Some untrustworthy employees. The main reason for my low rating is an incidence of theft by an employee. I had left a small number of casino chips in a zipped jacket pocket that I put in a washer. While I was away, an employee moved my clothes from the washer to a dryer. When I removed the jacket from the dryer, the pocket zipper was open and the chips missing.

There are a lot of broken machines, but the attendent was nice+helpful, and this is a super convenient location for me. The convenience store next door is also super... convenient. Due to the lack of working machines, the attendent did move my clothes to a dryer for me, I was 10 min or so past the end time. I just had to pay her when I came back. $2 for smaller washer, $3 for slightly bigger, $0.25 for 8ish minutes on the dryer. Change machine didn't give me any issues. Arcade machine at the store next door and movies/sports playing on tvs around the place. Overall, my clothes got clean and dry and the premises was overall well maintained and clean. If the machines were all working this place would be bomb. I'm happy to come back and do my laundry here again.

The facility functioned as intended, although a number of machines were unavailable or broke down. I was still able to complete my task.

Workers touched one of my clothing loads with her dirty hands without my permission. Moved them to a dryer, started said dryer, and then said I owed her a dollar for doing it. VERY WEIRD. and no I didn’t get her extra money.

This place doesn't have soap. Asked person working there and they told me to go to the corner store next door, which was closed, and doesn't know when they open. Had to wall to 7/11 for soap, returned to find half their machines have broken signs on them. Go the extra half mile to Zapata's, their machines work and they encourage you to use soap when you wash your clothes. If you go to Rebel Laundromat they will not have soap and do not care if you can find any.

75% of the washers are OUT OF ORDER . Seek clean clothes elsewhere !

2 stars because since new management, most wash and dry machines are not working. Many customers including me was waiting for other customer to finish drying. Also the lack of cart baskets provided, customer ask other customer to borrow carts. Also it says last call to wash is 10pm, but the guy closed the front door 9:20pm. Hard for customer to go out, you will have to go thru the mini store with your laundry. Management Pls be considerate with customers.
