We have been so pleased with RVA! They are a small company that has everything that you need. Especially the expertise and knowledge with ALL things for our travel trailer. We have had them do general maintenance, add brake lights and a back up camera. We have also purchased products from them. Dan and Deanette always take the time to answer all of our questions. I trust them completely!

Didn’t buy anything yet but stopped in to ask a handful of questions as a noob. Was pleasantly surprised at the time they took during my stop. Extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and didn’t make me feel like a fool for not know much. When I need to make a purchase I’ll be back!

I walked in here on a whim, needing one specific part that I couldn’t even get from the electrical supply house as a master electrician. They had it here! One part that they didn’t have here they recommended another small locally owned shop down the street that had it. Thank God for these small businesses!

Called in advance to check availability on a propane regulator and the manager, Danette, offered to save the last one for us. When we arrived I needed to modify the mounting bracket on our existing regulator to accommodate the new one and she happily dropped everything to ask their shop to drill a couple holes for us. Very professional, helpful and friendly. It’s the small things in life that matter, especially to those of us living on the road, and these folks get it.

My wife and I had an emergency RV situation. Luckily we were close enough to make it here. They had the parts and knowledge to help me figure out then fix my problem. Best customer service experience as well. I’d take this family owed company over any of the big guys any day of the week. Thanks again!

Great place to grab RV accessories, they are very knowledgeable about anything RV, I asked a bunch of questions and they had great suggestions. I will be back next time I need a part.

I’m skeptical when places have all 5 stars, especially because it wasn’t open on the weekends when we needed parts the first time. But boy am I glad I went back. I couldn’t recommend a place more. The owner is amazing and helpful, will help you figure out exactly what you need and explain how to fix the part you bought. Because they have a couple of RVs themselves, they were quick to figure out what our issue was and how to resolve it. They were also very transparent on brands they highly recommended despite being cheaper than other brands. And how they bought the more expensive one the first time. I really appreciated the time she took to explain what we needed for this first trip out and what we could wait on. This will be where we go for supplies.
