On Nov. 15th I came in around 5 PM with a bad Alternator truck wouldn't stay on after jump start had to pull it on the side of the freeway and UBER my way there, upon entering I was greeted with a hostile"what do you want" by the two guys working the counter I explained that my alternator was dead and might still have a warranty on it. One guy took the Alternator to the back of the shop where he pretended to test it on the super quiet machine then claimed it passes the alternator test, Even though it failed the alt test at the 980 Havana store where DJ helped me by locating the unit at the Buckley store. Keep it in mind I worked at CarQuest 20 years ago. All this can be verified by your CCTV. You get a one star rating for having such poorly behaving associates at this location and then lying about the alternator and not being able to pull up my warranty information because of a "system upgrade" I am in the process of following up with corporate since I feel the employees were picking a fight.

Great fast service and help! Needed new wiper blades, they guy helped me pick them out, put them on my car and checked my OBD codes. In and out in 5 minutes!! Thanks!!

The GM was super helpful and super friendly. Got me the parts I was looking for in timely manner. Definitely doing business again in that store.

Over priced and very little help. I went in today asking for a simple OBD scan and they denied me. I live literally a stones throw away but I dislike this specific store so much I just go to the O’reilly’s up the street on colorado

They close 15 minutes earlier than the actual closing time.

Ordered a part to this store. Their inventory was messed up; they called another location to hold the part for me to pick up. Other store Quincy & Reservoir heard that, but instead decided to ship it back up to this store. So, drove all the way back and forth across the metro area because Advance's inventory management is GOD AWFUL see my other reviews and their employees can't be bothered to listen to basic requests. So, so done with this company.

I live in south Parker and drive all the way in to this store passing several other Advance stores because of their excellent service and parts availability. Tim has excellent customer service and it seems to be infectious with the rest of the crew at this location. Keep up the great work guys!

This is an OUTSTANDING location! The staff is beyond words! Tim, Katelyn, and Amber were very attentive, courteous, respectful and you feel like more than a customer when you are in there. I will recommend this location to anyone!! I have restored my faith in customer service because of them!! I am so pleased!

This advanced auto parts was so incredibly helpful. My started died in the parking lot good luck i suppose and they helped me find everything I need. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly! They even gave me a bowl of water and some treats for my dog who was not use to the heat! Thanks so much!!
