Something about this location bothers me. I have been to several locations a cross a few states, so I have some basis of comparison. Upon entering, there is a tank with live lobster. This location seriously needs to clean the tank, plus there are generally only about four lobsters present. At the "wait to be seated" desk, no one is ever there. This was my third visit to this specific location, always the same. Wait several minutes before someone shows up. The table they sat me at was not very clean. I wiped crumbs off with my bare hand as I was sitting, the host did not notice, though I was being obvious. I tried their new drink, which was very pretty and tasty: Snowglobe Sangria. It was the highlight of my visit. Normally I get two drinks and a dessert, but tonight I checked out pretty fast. I had clam chowder and cheesy biscuits for starters. The chowder was thin but tasty. I would have expected oyster crackers, but got Saltines. Normally they give four or five biscuits, this time I got two. For dinner I had the 'Admiral's Feast' From menu: "Walt's Favorite Shrimp, bay scallops, clam strips and wild-caught flounder, all fried to a golden brown. Served with cocktail and tartar sauces and choice of two sides." I used my clam chowder as one side and coleslaw for the other. The shrimp was tasty. The clam strips appeared to be the same exact items you get at any seafood drive thru. The flounder was perhaps the worst fish I ever tried. The scallops were tasty and good texture. I didnt finish everything. Asked for my check. I set my card on the bill and waited. No one ever came by again. They had a gaming console on the booth like at Applebees I never noticed one before at previous visits. Usually the server takes my card right away. I guess now you use the game console. The server never mentioned it. I finally got bored and played around with the console and found where I could self pay. Overall, it balanced to a 2.75, but I rounded up to 3/5 since no other choices, and 2/5 was lower than I felt they deserved.

Service was really good. Seafood was hot and tasty. Had the Lobster, salmon, shrimp w/ rice and bacon mac & cheese.

The food was superb, our barperson was also superb, shame on me though I can't remember her name however I was there 24th of June 2022 and she is originally from Kenosha, Wisconsin, great service, great food, great conversation with staff. I have waited ages to go to red lobster so happy it didn't disappoint and that I chose the branch I did. I 100% recommend this place !!!

I have ordered from this location for delivery, take out, and dine in on a few occasions each and haven’t had a bad experience yet. The dine in service is friendly and quick about service, I don’t recall having to wait on a refill ever, and my serve was just about burning his hands on our plates so that we wouldn’t have to touch them ourselves. Their crab legs are done very well and the crab is never left sticking to the shell. It's a nice place for a family friendly fresh tasting seafood meal, a vast menu selection, and a solid overall value.

Gee is an AMAZING server! Noticed my little one was special needs and went above and beyond by asking if there was anything she could do to make our dinner night better for my little one. Very engaged in understanding and relating to her customers. Red Lobster has a great asset on their hands, and the world needs more people like Gee! Hands down the best service we have received anywhere. Inclusion does amazing things in a person's visit. Gee, thank you for all that you did and do for our special people. We will forever be driving out of our way to eat at your Red Lobster just to be seated with her again.

Great customer service. She was so nice. Sadly I have forgotten her name. Calamari was okay. I’ve had better. Get yourself some of that muscles in wine sauce. All the other items were good. Ohh man and don’t forget the Brussels sprouts. It was bomb!

The best Cajun shrimp scampi I’ve ever had!! And of course their biscuits are to die for the mozzarella sticks were so nice and cheesy too. Service was fast and friendly

I went to this location because I had a terrible experience on Mother’s Day at the Bloomington location. During my visit at the Roseville location, My server Ashley was exceptional, welcoming, friendly and pleasant. My food was prepared exactly the way I ordered it. The drinks were great too! In fact all of the staff that greeted me also had great customer service! This was my 3rd time at this location and every time was a great experience! Thank you Ashley! You made my Mother’s Day better!

I met my husband here 10 years ago and tonight we brought our son to celebrate my 50th birthday! I met him a week before my birthday. Greg the Manager made sure we left just as happy as we did 10 years ago and you know we had to have the same meal—Ultimate Feast! Yum
