Applebee's Grill + Bar

My family has been eating at Applebee's for years. I will say that their prices have gone up and I don't like that they've cut the spinach dip in half...yet the price is more. One thing I'm glad about is the introduction of the Impossible burger to their menu. It was delicious!

The food while still from a chain restaurant seemed fresher than other Applebee's locations. The waitstaff was fantastic. It was a Wednesday evening, and there were other patrons, but it was quiet inside the restaurant. Back to the staff though... our drinks were on the table within 5 minutes of being seated, appetizer was freshly prepared, but that too made it out to us very quickly, and our meals seemed a bit above what I have come to expect from the Applebee's closer to my home. The manager or front of the house lead even stopped in, asking how we were, to which I had to give praise to the waitstaff for their friendly attitude and prompt service. Thank you again for the very pleasant experience

Walked in and the woman at the bar was messing with the kiosk. Looked at us several times. Eventually told us we could sit ourselves at the table by the door. She disappeared and another woman gave us menus and silverware. Waited almost ten minutes before asking the other lady for drinks. She brought the drinks. almost ten minutes later and at this point we were ready to order, waitress no where to be seen. So I tell the other lady and instead of just taking our order she went to remind the other lady that she had a table. Lady finally comes by takes our order. We ordered an appetizer, a shrimp salad and then a chicken salad. All the food came out together and wasn't very good at all. Also our waitress didn't deliver the food. So we start eating and we are almost done and she comes by and asks us if we need anything. We tell her no we are good thanks. She walks off about five minutes later a couple walk into the bar and she drops everything she's doing and just gushes over this couple. About five to ten more minutes go by and we are done. We needed to go plates and drinks but we're ignored. Ended up having to use the kiosk at the table to pay. Didn't tip which I've never done but the restaurant was empty and she could of done better. What's sad is I wrote all this and nothings going to happen. We love this place but won't be back.

They seemed short staffed.. maybe that's why service was very slow. Staff was very friendly which was nice. The food unfortunately was not that good, my chicken tenders taste like they were frozen then deep fried. On the other my son's hamburger was good.Food: 2/5

Save yourself, go elsewhere. Our food came out correctly that was not the issue. Chicken tenders were so bad not even my kid wanted them. The service was not good. I had asked for a refill on my son's drink, honey mustard, and a chocolate Sunday for my toddler. Server came with the drink for my oldest and honey mustard. He left and when I finally see him again he is coming to ask how we are paying. I ask for the Sunday, no biggie he forgot. He gets it and toddler is so excited. Then he takes our cups. Doesn't come back with refills or anything. I paid on the kiosk. We were there less than an hour, we weren't just holding a table. They were not busy. We would have been gone sooner but I had already ordered the Sunday. At the end the service could have been better, the food could have been better. You have more options in the area, go elsewhere.

I hadn't been here in a long time period. Our waiter was so nice. He was very busy but he took care of us. I had a gift certificate and I used that. I got one of the new skillets with the chicken and shrimp and it was so good. My friend got the cheeseburger and fries. That was a very nice atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyed it hope to go back really soon.

I hadn't ate here in some time due to some bad experiences in the past before and after covid, with very poor service, but my son wanted to go here so I am glad we gave them a try. Excellent food and service. We have returned on 3 occasions now and all good. I think Applebee's got it back together. Fancy that!Food: 5/5

Great atmosphere, great service and great food made a fun dinner out with friends. We got the all you can eat wings & fries. They were delicious and our sweet little waitress, Liz, was wonderful at keeping drinks full and fresh food coming in as needed.

Meet friends for dinner and a drink and will not go back. We choose to go because of the special advertised on the marquee out front, but they would not honor it. Charged an unbelievable amount for one drink, after asking about the price since it was not listed on the menu. Quality of food and service was not as we expected and disappointed in feeling like we were charged incorrectly on several items.
