Wendy's

I ordered one of the burgers I don’t remember what it was cuz I don’t eat Wendy’s ever and never was given a receipt and got a chicken sandwich which i didn’t mind but not what I ordered. I also ordered a Dr. Pepper but I don’t know what I’m drinking lol cuz it isn’t a Dr. Pepper. It was too busy to go back in and solve it because the dining room was closed and the line was out the street. Just a guy on his lunch break man and this made me sad. I’m sure they were just stressed but :

The people here are always friendly, and accurate I definitely do not think people give fast food employees enough credit. They are fast and I have never had my food wrong here. That says a lot in this day and age. I definitely appreciate when people pay attention and take pride in their work. I hope the management here will let their employees know how exceptional their employees do. Kid-friendliness: They are friendly and kind. Always pleasant to their customers. Keeps me coming back!

The online ordering is totally useless. I placed an order online giving myself about 10-15 minutes before I could be there. Their lobby is always closed with a sign that says go to the drive thru. I get there and tell them I'm picking up. They had me wait in line behind all the other people just placing their order. I asked if I could skip the line of people ordering and they said it's "the way things work around here." They wouldn't even let me cancel my order and said I had to do it online, but online there was no option. I was also concerned of spit in the food. Don't waste your money here. Wendy's quality and customer service has decayed way way low. You're better off going to online ordering for a place like Culvers, Panda Express, Chipotle, or any other place where you skip the line of people ordering if you order ahead of time.

Food wasn't good and my wife asked for chicken nuggets they asked spicy or not. My wife said not spicy, we received spicy and when we went back they insisted we said spicy. They pretty much called us a lier BTW we would never get our children spicy nuggets.

Food is blah, the bun needs to be toasted or grilled... never had French toast sticks, they say open at 6am but no service till after 7pmFood: 3/5

This particular restaurant is drive-thru only. I'm not sure if it's lack of staff or dining room doesn't need building code. Let's just say it's Wendy's it's not a five-star restaurant it does the trick on lunch break. They usually get my order correct, I do use the mobile app which helps and they are pretty friendly most of the time. The reason for three stars is the dining room is closed. Parking: Lots of spots open because the dining room is permanently closed.

Had the most fresh burger and spicy chicken we have had in recent memory. Thanks!

Pretty good location. The food was hot an tasty! The two ladies behind the register were nice and corteous! Greeted my entire work team. The location was clean an also not as busy as I figured. All in all, I definitely recommend this location of Wendys!

Only one person showed up to work in a snow storm. Didn't catch her name but she was so polite and kind being the only one there!

This is the best Wendy's location I've been to all month! They were SO nice and friendly, the service was very fast, and they were even happy to accommodate my request for a straw with my Frosty instead of just the usual spoon! Truly the friendliest and most cheerful staff I've encountered at a drive thru in a long time. They really went above and beyond. I wish I was as cheerful at work as the person taking my order was!
