Least responsive customer service unless of course they are trying to up sell you and they aren’t even good at that. I will be taking my boots for service to a further red wing store out my way. The store in Wayne at least gives you you’re boots in complete and don’t steal the American flag button from my laces ( which were Given to me For free with my free with my free replacement laces at the Wayne location) pathetic service they probably won’t even read this review considering how little they care

Have lots of different choices. Always have every thing in stock. Guys are very helpful !

Awfully rude staff. I've been going to the red wings in queens to have my husband's boots oiled regularly during my lunch break, and they are so kind there and I wait five minutes and they're done. I go into the Hackensack location and first off, they had such an attitude and when I asked them to oil the boots the told me it would take two weeks. My husband wears these to work so obviously I couldn't leave them and the worker clearly knew and just wanted to get rid of me. Still can't believe that, I'll just go out of my way to go to queens where I've never had any issues.

Terrible sales people. Boots that were recommended were terrible. Bought them cause in hurry but now unwearable. Wore them for a week and couldn't take the pain anymore. Very disappointed.

Great work boots, union members get a discount. Fair pricing. Wear these boots over 8’hours a day and my feet feel fine. Excellent.
