Shopping here is an experience! I was assisted in finding the perfect work boots at a decent price and am very impressed with the level of service awarded here. Walked in the door at 4:45pm on Saturday. I kind of already knew what I wanted, but it turns out the boot I had been looking at didn't fit my specifications. The very helpful man took one quick look at my work boots and found a different pair that fit perfectly. He helped me with the liners and putting in the laces. I was out and paid for in 14 minutes. He even still had me in the system from when I purchased boots there 11 years prior. Top notch customer service! I really appreciate you helping this electrician out at the last minute! The boots are great! Thanks so much. I recommend this store whenever I can.

Great service at this store. I went a couple months ago for safety toe boots. They actually do have some female options there for safety toe, which is nice as I didn’t see that anywhere else in town. I was sort of set on a size, but the person working insisted I try a few different sizes. Turns out he was right - actually a different size from what I originally wanted was better. The staff definitely know their stuff. Two months into my new job, wearing the boots every single day and very happy with it.
My dad started buying boots here years ago... now I have the pleasure of having redwing be my one and only shoe and boot source. I recommend everyone get redwings it's like walking in gold every day I wear my work boots 16 hours a day everyday.
Went in looking for a new pair of boots to work in. Was greeted right away with no “pressure of buying” but just any information needed and assistance wanted. I was measured twice to assure size and taught about aftercare. Boots are great but the service was outstanding! Awesome product, even better service and they had the coolest shop dog! Thank you for the amazing new pair of boots and visit.
Pete has the knowledge and inventory to get you the right boot, not the most expensive one. He set me up with a waterproof synthetic steel toe boot that changed my life. When you work 12 hr days in 100 degree weather you need to keep your feet healthy so you can focus on work, and I will never wear anything else. Get a pair of the white socks too. Super super comfy. Don't forget to play with the dog too.
I have never left unsatisfied with either the shoes or the service. They’re more concerned with ensuring you get exactly the right shoe or boot than just selling you something. Top notch. Will always buy my red wings here.
The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. Pete runs this place first class and beats most online prices plus his professionalism and customer service is beyond top notch. I worked a return with Pete and he was fair and quick with getting a replacement set of boots. Will visit again for future boot and boot care needs.
There’s something to be said for being a master of your craft. Pete has an incredible sense of customer service and knowledge about his product. There’s only one place I’ll be buying my future redwings from and this is the place. Thank you for upholding the model of what all business owners should be!
