Red Wing Shoes

Salesman was friendly. Told him what I needed. And he showed me just that. Decent prices. Good service

Wife was being nice and picked up a per of safety shoes for me she thought I like but company makes us have 6" lace up boots. Red wing would not let me exchange for a pair of boot without a recipe of sale. Not like I was just trying to take them back. Telling everyone not to buy red wing because of there customer service.

Worst customer service. Sat in the store for 20 min before they hide in the backroom for another 15 min with no acknowledgement. Recommend going somewhere else.

Very professional and customer friendly. Products are top of the line and worth every penny. I highly recommend. If something is wrong they make it right.

Knowledgeable staff, store manager was super helpful when the computers were down. Been buying boots here for 15+ years and never had an issue.
