Looking for bball shoes for the kiddo, they had more of a selection than I expected and staff was very helpful.
Nice people, thank you for putting up with us. We were in a big rush and needed shoes , didn't get the shoes I wanted and paid a lot more than I would have at home, however we made our event on time and that's what counts. Again thanks for all you guys n girls help.
You lost my business today because you will not open your gate into the mall. I was needing 2 pairs. What's the point in being in the mall if you have to go outside to get in. I'll never be back
Manager assisted with finding exactly what I needed. Cashier was freindly and pleseant during checkout. Overall experience was a A+
Great customer service. Young lady went above and beyond to help us and we had a hard order with a grandson with only one hand and needing walking shoes for a 10 mile scout hike so needed slip on or velcro shoes. She found the perfect shoes for us and I forgot her name. She was absolutely perfect. Thank you Shoe Carnival !!!!
Staff was very helpful! They s Didn't sell my shoes anymore. They did their best to Find me something close!!
Went to merle hay store for a return, took a while for me to decide what I wanted, had trouble finding options/my size womens size 6 is pretty common so shoes go fast. David, the cashier, was very patient with me and Super helpful. Having people that offer Great customer service definitely a plus to their good deals/prices. Will go back again.
Is an okay place to purchase shoes. Great selection of hey dudes. I bought a few pairs of shoes here before, depending on make of shoe and brand they last awhile. Good discounts when given.
Sad about the no mall entrance anymore. But great shoe selection
People did say hello when we walked in. We were the only customers in the store. There were at least 4 employees that I saw. Nobody offered to help with anything so we left and spent a couple hundred at Shoe Carnival. This is supposed to be a review for Famous Footwear. Not sure what happened.
