Redbox

had a bad experience where I reserved a movie on the website and when I got there the kiosk was broken so I had to go to a different one to rent the same move. Told customer service about it and instead of refunding me the money I lost they gave me a "free" promo code which then didn't work. Contacted them again and got another promo code that also didn't work. I don't know what's going on but this experience has left a bad taste for redbox. I'll be looking at renting movies on itunes in the future.

I don't know when this started but I have rented many times over the years never have I found double charges to my acct. For pre authorization. I'm so tired of companies charging accounts what ever they want for how ever they want. If I owe 3$ then we should only take 3$ not 12 or what ever. When we give permission to pay a certain amount of money that's it no more. Never again will I us e this service

This Redbox is outside, on the north side of Walgreens. If you find it to be broken, try the one at Kwik Stop on Cass at 75th.
