I will try to write strictly what I witnessed.
I attended the Worship Service on Sunday AM. I entered through a side door to the auditorium. I was not greeted by anyone, as there was nobody standing inside that entrance. I walked around the semi-circle placed chairs with people seated in them, in the auditorium to the back of the auditorium to pick up a bulletin/ handout with announcements. I was not greeted by anyone but instead I had asked a gentlemen if I could have one bulletin that he was holding. I then returned to the auditorium and chose a seat. I was there for about 5 minutes and the minister (I recognized his photo from the internet) came up to me and engaged me in conversation. He then told me to enjoy the service.
The Worship service started with dimmed lights, a large screen projected pictures with words of a song on it. A podium was up front of the semi-circle chairs, where a song leader stood. The up beat instrumental music soon started with a famous Christian musician singing. The song leader was singing along, some of the attendees also sang along (with muted tones). There were no music notes shown to follow along during this portion.
Behind the one larger podium were approximately 5 portable podiums. After the first "call to worship" song was over, 2 women and 3 men came out and stood behind the portable podiums. They all had microphone attached like headpieces in a concert. The next song was a capella style, the words once again only projected. The music notes were found in the bulletin/ handout, although it was not told by the song leader where to find them. After that song was over one of the women up front began to speak, reading a scripture. They then started another a capella song after that.
At this point I removed myself from the assembly/ auditorium.
This congregation has: instrumental music, microphoned singers (men and women standing up front) and women taking a leadership role in the worship service by reading scripture.
